为了在这里住上一晚，我用掉了过去三年积攒下来的所有积分，但结果却很糟糕！床用了有快10年了吧，或者看起来像是这样。酒店只是在床上放了块床垫，我稍微一动，床就会发出咯吱咯吱的声音。淋浴时，我差点滑倒，摔了好几次。不是摔倒在地的那种，是滑来滑去的让人站不稳。墙薄得像纸一样，我整晚都能听到隔壁房间的鼾声。根据前台工作人员的说法，房间都被订满了，所以没有办法把我安排到另一个房间。我只想要回我的积分！（房间里一直有烟味，这让我的过敏症发作了）。

Dear Rachael, We are disappointed that we could not give you the stay your hoped for. Our mattresses were all changed in 2016 to a new Serta Mattress specified for Doubletree Hotels. Our guests normally enjoy the soft comfort of our bedding package with all white linens and comment that this is one of the reasons they come back. Regarding your shower we feature walk-in showers that were updated also back in 2016. I will research your room and determine if their is any anomalies. We do apologize for the guests being noisy next door and the room apparently smelling like smoke. We are a smoke-free hotel and do not allow smoking within the building. We again will investigate to ensure the room is fresh. We understand as a Hilton Honors member that points are important. We promise to give you a better experience in the future. 酒店的位置与世隔绝。吃饭的地方不在步行的距离之内。考虑到地点，如果酒吧/餐馆早点开就好了。当地没有礼品店。

Dear Juaneca, We appreciate your feedback as having dining options is important to the overall experience of the hotel. I do wish to point out that within 3/10th of a mile from the hotel are several major chain restaurants including Chick-fil-A and Chipotle. Along with these still within the same distance is a new local restaurant and Sports Bar. If these options do not entice you we do offer shuttle service to several other restaurants including Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesdays. Our restaurant and kitchen open daily at 6am with breakfast and we serve an extensive menu from 11:30am to midnight each day. You mentioned the bar/restaurant not being open, we did have one day where one of our staff members began ill and we were delayed in opening the bar until 4pm. Dear Valued Guest, We did experience an issue with our hot water pressure on consecutive mornings during last weeks seminar. The team at the Doubletree reacted quickly and took all steps to investigate the issue. The necessary part was located and the problem quickly solved the next day. As I personally took the time to address and apologize to all 130 attendees, most of which were not effected, and hosted a luncheon for the entire group, it was clear I and the staff were disappointed that this happened. Many things are beyond the control of a hotel management team. The key is their ability and willingness to react. In this case I am proud in the way my team put forth a full effort.
