房间很漂亮很现代，提供短住的一切所需。床超级舒适，淋浴和浴室非常棒。公寓非常的干净，而且WIFI很好。虽然它位于一个工业区，那附近有一些吃东西的选择，包括有一个地铁穿过广场。办理入住登记的工作人员很友好。有两个电视很不错，一个在休息室，另外一个在卧室。

我们在Quest Highbrook住了4晚。酒店很干净，很现代，很漂亮，位置也很方便，附近有很多日本酒吧和料理店、好莱坞咖啡馆，对面还有便利店。我们走得时候落下了一些东西，第二天酒店的工作人员就打电话问我们是不是落东西了。太感谢了！唯一的缺点是没有健身房。隔壁有个24小时的健身房Jetts，15美元一天。希望Quest能和他们谈一下，给住在酒店的顾客一些优惠折扣。总体来说，我们很喜欢，以后还会住这里的。

Hello, thank you very much for your feed-back and rating. We did try to set up a deal with the Jetts Gym next door, when they opened, but according to Occupational, Safety & Health, each user needs to be properly introduced to the Gym and it's machines. This can only happen during staff hours and for members only. Handing out keys in our Reception is therefore, sadly, not an option.

去北岛的公路之旅路上在这住了一晚，非常干净舒服的新公寓，我们很放松，然后重新整理一下我们自己，洗衣熨烫等等，我们的旅程进行了大概两个星期了。Handy Dairy就在附近，还有别的吃饭的地方，周日晚上挺安静的，对面还有一个公园可以散步。

房间很棒，视野很好，你需要的一切这里都有。烘干机就在房间里，浴室和房间的尺寸都很合适。商店在楼下右转的地方，开车15分钟就到中央商务区。这里价格不贵，离机场很近。有室内停车场。与其他地方不同，这里所有电影都可以免费播映。当你在奥克兰时，强烈建议你来这里。我确定我一定会再来的。

干净、整洁、大体上住的挺好。很体贴（简直有点过头了）的员工，最主要的缺点就是房间比预期中的单人套房小了些。而且关于酒店的信息很少，除非去问员工（房间里没指南等）。总体4颗星吧，但也没啥特别的。

Hello, thank you for your feed-back and rating. I'm sorry to hear that you did not ask a staff member since they could have informed you, that all info about Quest Highbrook and the surrounding area was on the television, in the INFO section. As far as our staff almost being too attentive, I'm not quite sure what to say. Some wish for more, some for less. :-) Enjoy your future travels.

The is ample open space public parking adjacent to the hotel
In the rooms are washers and dryers
Hello,
we're just a small Apartment Hotel and therefore do not have a shuttle service to the Air-port or City Center. During the week there are bus connections to both but if you stay during the weekend, you will need a car or use a Taxi.
There are different shuttle bus or taxi options but not for free.
As far as Wi-Fi is concerned, it is free for 1 device 500 MB/Day. I think it is a bit more than to quickly read your mails but then again, depends on the mails I guess. :-) You can extend the MB or number of devices costing you 2-7$ for 5 days.
