This beautiful campsite is located on a 21 acre property, and is only an hour from Boston. We traveled with our two kids (ages 4 and 1) and our dog. It afforded lots of scenery and privacy. The canvas tent was comfortable. It had a queen-size bunk bed and a camping toilet -- having our own bathroom was a big draw during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had lots of fun with the campfire, cooking meals and s'mores. The best feature is definitely the Souhegan river access, which was maybe 100 feet away. During our stay we took full advantage by coordinating with our host to go canoeing, tubing, and fishing for crawfish. The property also offers a raspberry patch (pick as many as you want!). Bob was a great host and we'd love to come back again sometime!
