前台的工作人员非常不专业，在办理入住和退房手续的时候，他们一直在大声地讨论同事间的八卦新闻，甚至有一位女员工提到了“到男洗手间来一……”，而且不断在说脏话“F***”，太令人讨厌了。酒吧的服务生也很不懂礼貌，丝毫都不尊重我们。当我们提出要求时，他们根本不予理会，反而扭过头和同伴闲聊与工作无关的事情。房间的情况也很糟糕，浴室的排水管道已经锈迹斑斑，电梯里非常难闻，似乎是排泄物的恶臭味。考虑到我们所付的房费，我最起码应该得到相应的的尊重。事实却太令人失望了，服务和卫生条件都糟糕透顶，总之，这家酒店绝对不值得一住。请重新培训员工吧，或者干脆直接把他们都给解雇了，说老实话，即使安排他们上了培训课，也只是对牛弹琴，毫无用处。

Greeting ProcelainMisfit, Thank you for taking time to provide feedback in regards to your recent stay with us. I am sadden to hear that you had a less then perfect stay with us. I have addressed your concerns with our Front Office Manager, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping departments to ensure the same issues that you experienced do not occur again. Our team takes great pride in our hotel and I am sorry to hear we missed the mark. While we may not be the newest hotel on the block, our team tries to provide clean, comfortable rooms with great customer service, and we apparently missed the mark this time. Again, thank you for your feedback.

这家酒店正好适合从欧洲回来、然后第二天早上必须飞越整个国家的人入住。机场接送员真的很好，非常殷勤妥帖。我认为这里的餐厅在实用性方面真的很不错，刚好能满足我们这些刚刚从没有太多食物服务的航班上下来的人的需要。所以，这家酒店的餐厅非常受欢迎，小托架上的糕点好极了。

很好的地方，价格不错。前台需要更多的人。排队等候办理入住，工作人员也不着急。房间很干净，床很柔软。菲奥多餐厅的价格还可以。一定会再留下来。

Greetings Adventure23177320698, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel, the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Newark Airport. I am happy to hear that you found your accommodations clean and comfortable and that our restaurant, Ted's, was priced okay. Please accept my apologies in regards to the lines at check in. I have addressed this concern with our Front Office Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure that we minimize lines at check in. Again, thank you for your time and we hope you to see you soon.

我们在这里停了14天的车，可以选择在第一天或者最后一天在这里住一晚。我们选择了最后一天，而且我们的飞机也延误了，我们过完海关然后拿到行李已经是两个小时之后了，大约是晚上11点，漫长的一天。我们不想在没有休息的情况下开车三个小时回家，所以我们决定在这里住一个晚上。我们休息了一会儿，然后在早晨5点30分离开。房间很棒，很舒适。只需要多花20-30美金，你就可以把车停在这里，然后住一个晚上，非常的方便，而且让我们的旅行更加平顺，我们可以在这里睡一会儿，不用立马长途开车回纽瓦克。

这个酒店有点过时了，因为某些房间物品需要更换，例如镀银的镜子掉色了。前台工作人员的频繁换班导致一线服务的交付不一致。一天晚上工作人员完全没有同理心，让我自己一人在邮件备份中查找丢失的住房确认资料。总的来说我建议管理层要激励前台工作人员在服务台接待英文不是很流利的客人更加随和助人一些。此外他们还张贴了告示提醒外国客人降低对话的分贝，因为他们会被分散注意力。如果你不想要支付更高的关税，那就不要逼迫酒店进行翻新。只要价格保持不变，即便没有更新的家具我也可以住在这里。

Our associates take great pride in our hotel and I am sadden to hear we missed the mark this time and did not live to the experience you had at our neighbor, the Doubletree Newark Airport. I would say no. You will need a taxi or Uber.
Good Morning! Thank you for everyone answering the question. The hotel shuttles runs approximately every 30 minutes to the airport, 24 hours a day.
We do ask to allow additional time sometimes due to traffic, congestion, weather, and so on.

The hotel works with Cross World Transportation, It is a shuttle service to and from NYC. There is a schedule and a fee. You can contact the hotel Directly they will give you the schedule.
