Was there 3 years ago - Lovely, neat! 2018 Easter weekend - :( Camping bathrooms wasn't clean the whole weekend. Wasn't even clean when we arrived on Thursday. Toilet seats were broken. Didn't clean the braai areas or cleaned the trash cans. One of the chalets - was so noisy till late in the evenings (Manager?) Some of the chalets were also not clean. (Family reunion - 6 camping spots and 2 chalets).

Basic accommodation but adequate for a stop over. But better than expected. We will definitely stop over again. Quite easy to get to. Bathrooms not great. Beds awesome. Good self catering facilities. Bring your fishing rods. Very quiet and tranquil surrounds.

Questa bellissima riserva si affaccia sul lago creato dalla diga ed è possibile dormire al suo interno in bei cottage o nel campeggio. Noi avevamo un cottage per 4 persone con due stanze da letto, sala, cucina, bagno e sala bagno con vasca e doccia, spazio per fare barbecue con tavolo e sedie nel giardino e posto macchina coperto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Le stanze sono grandi con armadi, la cucina è ben attrezzata con frigorifero, forno, fornelli, microonde, tostapane e bollitore, e servita di stoviglie, pentole e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono forniti e cambiati ogni giorno. Dal cottage potete fare passeggiate a piedi o prendere la macchina e fare lunghi percorsi per vedere i molti animali ospitati nella riserva. Nella riserva si può anche campeggiare e l'area campeggio è attrezzata con bagni. Il paese con supermercato e ristoranti è a circa otto chilometri dall'entrata alla riserva sulla N1…
