We are deeply sorry for the problems you had to deal with during your visit, and in order to assure you our interest we want you to know that in a very short time from now we will be having major renovations at the hotel, mainly in the water system, but also with the extension of the hotel with news rooms including 2 honeymoon suites ! About the over point, we are very sorry about the situation, we are not used to have those kinds of problems, and we sincerely regret that you had to be the one with it ! In fact, one of our employee has misunderstood the booking system, and to fix this problem we decided to organize a training time for all employees in order to never be facing this problem again.
