We would like to inform you that this negative review refers to our annex building, Tramonto Secret Villas, which opened its doors during the summer of 2018. Due to the fact that it is located in the heart of Oia and does not offer caldera view the rates were more competitive, a fact the made the guests chose it for their stay. When we had a shared site for the 2 hotels, we noticed some misunderstandings regarding the view (some of the guests did not notice the information regarding the new building) that is why we decided to have 2 different sites. Regarding the review about the omelet, this was a unique incident and we did not face any complaints again. You may notice from the majority of the reviews for all our Secret hotels that our a la carte breakfast stands out. If you prefer a view over the caldera, we could suggest one of our other 3 Secret properties (Santorini Secret Suites & Spa, Secret Legend Suites & Santorini Secret Premium) which are located also in Oia but are built on the cliff. Yes you can. But the view from your Legend Suites room is so spectacular you may choose just to relax on your private patio with a cold beer or glass of wine instead of going to the pool
