Very friendly owner, looking after the guests as if they are family members. We've been at Football World Cup 2010 there, helped us with advise, cars, etc. It is a house turned into a hotel, owners live in the same building, food is homemade. Rooms are big with shower and toilet, telly and kettle inside. Our twinbed room had a little veranda with the couch and the door to the garden. Huge lobby where breakfast is served, has a billiard and cosy leather couches before the telly, There is a bar and huge jacuzzi next to it (we tried it once late at night when everyone left to bed). In the garden there is a place for barbeque, lots of birds in palmtrees, and a little pond with fish. Supermarket is very close, 20 min. by car till the center of Johannesburg and till airport. The only minus was in june - winter season in SA, so it was +10 couple of days and in the room was quite cold. So if you need to stay in Johannesburg, it is good value for money. And safe place, 'cause you'will be looking after and you will be advised to deal only with prooved local people (such as taxi drivers, guides and so on).…
