Owner is thinking of closing down. Would be a shame if she does. We stayed in a beautifully appointed room. Warmed by a potbelly stove in the lounge where we had some interesting conversation with our host. Continental breakfast was just right. There is about 5km of fairly corrugated gravel road before you reach the farm.

My family (two adults, 12yo and 8yo) needed to overnight in Kojonup and I'm glad we decided to stay here. After a long drive down from Perth we arrived after dark and, most unexpectedly, in the rain and cold. Doreen, the host, was waiting for us at the window and welcomed us in to a warm family room where she had lit the fire for us. It was lovely. We had most of the downstairs to ourselves and felt so comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were clean and cheerfully decorated and the beds were most comfortable. Breakfast was ready for us in the morning at the time we requested and consisted of freshly baked bread, jams, cereals, yoghurt and fruit (and of course tea, coffee and juice). It really is one of the nicest little B and B's we have stayed in. I would highly recommend it and I hope I can find a reason to head back to Kojonup so we can stay there again!…
