很干净，舒适，宽敞的房间，靠近机场，但是安静。他们经常烤新鲜的巧克力饼干，所以闻起来很香。早餐有各种各样的食物。很不错的!前台员工效率高，街对面有一家不错的外卖餐馆，食物种类很多。这个地方很适合住宿，靠近在机场，而且很划算。

我们最近在这里入住了一个晚上赶第二天早上的早班机。房间是典型的连锁酒店房，干净还有舒服的床铺。我们喜欢这里的免费早餐。房间价格很实惠而且我们还有免费停车另外机场穿梭车让我们省下了8美元/天。我们觉得这个非常不错。

因为美国东北部下雪，我们不得不多呆在夏洛特一段时间，最后我们选择了住在这家酒店。前台的所有员工都很友善，乐于助人。酒店房间很好，很安静。我们很喜欢自助早餐和免费的茶水、咖啡和饼干。我们会选择再一次住在这。电梯工作得很好。

很好的地方，很新鲜的感觉，是停车的好地方，吃东西，购物的地方。很多燃料站。服务员很好，很关照，登记和离开很快，很舒适地照顾人。健身中心很普通，很小，维护得不是很好。

Hello Thank you for reviewing our hotel. We appreciate the kind words you had to say about our hotel. We strive to take care of our guest as best as we can. Just to let you know we are actually renovating our fitness area so that it will be double the size it currently is with new equipment. This should be done by the end of next month. If your travels bring you back to the Charlotte area we would love if you stayed with us again.

only when they decide to have someone on the schedule, had an overnight connection, called and got someone to pick me up but in the morning when I asked about shuttle back was told they did not schedule anyone that morning because Friday Morning there is never any need for shuttle, they advertise 24 hour shuttle. They offered to call someone in but it would be 3 - 4 hours, UM OK then I miss my flight?
The pool issue I'm not sure about. I do know they get very busy at times and I've just hung up waited a couple hours and called back. The best time to call them would be after 10:00pm. As far as it being safe I felt safe there and had no issues with y vehicle. I have several tools boxes in the bed of my truck and never had an issue. When I was there before I believe it was during a remodel. I seen several families from all over the world there and never heard of any issues. Hope this helps.
