It is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars. From the check-in and until the check-out it was a very relaxing and tasty experience. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and always available to help. The kitchen staff, waiters, and all who is involved were great hosts and served delicious food. Don’t think twice about it. personally, you should book at least a night so that you could get into the mood unwind and enjoy what the facilities has to offer.

From the moment we checked in we good feel our troubles melt away. Had an amazing time with my daughter at the spa. The massage was amazing and the atmosphere was incredible. We’ll definitely be back in the summer to see more of the estate. Thanks for everything :)

I have been to a lot of spa around the globe; from Blue Lagoon in Iceland to Thai massages in Thailand to the 5 star hotels in Toronto, so it’s usually really hard for me to be impressed, but Ste. Anne’s did. I was skeptical at first, but I was proven wrong. The staff were wonderful, all smiles the moment you arrive. The spa services and the skin line was amazing, very relaxing. The amenities were fantastic (love the 4 different type of hot pools) and the food was great except we had a bit of a hiccup during lunch, but it has been resolved. Thanks to Jim the owner and Dave, the Managing Director who both have gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy and well taken care of. My personal favourite is the afternoon tea, the chicken curry sandwich and Chocolate decadent chai are delicious! The spa is located on the beautiful hills of Haldimand County and the main inn and cottages has so much character and history that just adds more richness to your entire experience. Truly a gem and a must. Only 1.5 hours drive from Toronto!…

Impeccable facility and cleanliness is maintained in all areas. Amazing client and customer service. Dining and food delicious and very high quality. The spa spared no expense in the details to ensure you were pampered and felt stress free during your stay. Every representative at the spa was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Just superb!!!!
