New building and facilities are good for a simple stay.. I visited with my family for a temple trip. The hotel is very good and the room are very nice And service is very excellent Clean linens, good mattresses, excellent air conditioning, hot water facility, And a very cooperative staff are the tag line of this hotel. The Manager & entire staff were polite and very helpful. Value for money. Clean and well-attended rooms. Courteous staff. Centre of all local attractions. Great place.

Dear All please don't be mislead by the ratings of this hotel. It's very unprofessional management. We stayed for 2 days on a visit to Divya Desams in Kanchipuram. It's very bad experience. First the AC doesn't work in family room, you ask for room service you never get. Simple example, they kept the tea and coffee in the room and in two days inspite of my several attempts could not get a spoon. Just very average hotel with a rating not more than 2.
