去了OKC参加我姨妈的葬礼。汉普顿酒店的工作人员非常随和、乐于助人。酒店超出了我的预期。房间很干净。室内温度是完美的。非常棒的体验。每次去俄克拉何马城都会留在这里住宿。

不会再呆在这里了。作为金牌希尔顿会员,工作人员并没有试图解决我的任何问题。我用积分支付房间费用,而工作人员的表现就好像我得到了应得的东西一样。。我在希尔顿酒店住了很多次,以得到我的200000积分,我认为我应该得到相比于这个工作人员提供的更好的服务和关注。这名职员需要重新培训才能为金牌会员服务员。

Hello Marthat887 I greatly apologize, personally, for the challenge you faced while staying with us at the Hampton Inn Oklahoma City Northeast. it is our mission to create an "Every Guest, Every Time" Experience. Thank you for Posting this review so that we have an opportunity to educate and amend. I would like to get to the bottom of a few items you stated in your review. The "issues" you spoke in the post about are related to the room size upgrade not available for GOLD Members and lack of drawer space. You were not offered a Upgrade: Hampton By Hilton no longer offers upgrades for Gold or Diamond status travelers and members,. you can learn more about this by calling 1.800.444.9847 and they can advise you what all your Gold Hilton Honors gains you with each type of Hilton Property brand... which brings me to my next point. All the Hilton Brand flags offer different amenities . In regards to the rooms and room types as mentioned in your review. Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites are two different Brand Flags. This property is a Hampton Inn ( No Suites ) meaning that ALL rooms are identical in layout and size. There is not a room type we could upgrade our loyal Honors members to. The cramped space and lack of drawers, this is the new initiative by Hilton Worldwide for all new Hampton Hotels called the " Forever Young Package" that ALL new built Hamptons have to adhere to. This is in no way the fault of the Team or hotel as this is what our function is to operating. Next you stated in your Hilton review this Trip advisor is Linked to that you complained to management.. I am the General Manager and No one from your party spoke with me nor left a message to contact you. We are Ranked Number One in Oklahoma and are Ranked in the top 10 of all Hamptons in the country currently and we pride ourselves on guest resolution and exceptional service. There was nothing to fix " Clean but small and cramped" as you also stated in your Hilton review linked to this Tripadvisor, as we can not Upgrade, the room was built the way it is, all rooms are alike in Size. Lastly... We could not 100% the room as you stayed on points. We can return the points and we will as it is our mission to ensure every guest every time. Also in the Hilton Review linked to this Tripadvisor you stated you had "forgotten about the 100% Guarantee and did not mention upon leaving the property. The Guarantee is mentioned in the arriving spiel to all guests, stated on the Registration card you sign, posted on signage attached to the Front Guest services desk and is posted on your departing receipt and email. I apologize that it was missed and that as a Gold Member the 100% Guarantee Should be a standard throughout and upon all your travels. It was our pleasure to host you as our guests and again we apologize for your challenges and thank you for being a Gold Member status with Hilton Branded Properties. If there are further comments or questions please do not hesitate to contact me personally at the information I provided in your Hilton Review Response. I would be happy to personally assist you in explaining the Gold Honors criteria.

我们从印第安纳州到科罗拉多州,想要在俄克拉荷马城外停留。我上网看了看汉普顿旅馆。这是最后一分钟的决定。我给汉普顿打了电话,和林赛谈话。她把我们的指示告诉了旅馆。当我们登记入住时,林赛非常友好和高效。这家旅馆还不到一年。这家旅馆很干净,当然也很现代化。价格是对的,早餐是新鲜的,而且真的很好。我们离高速公路很近,但我们没有听到任何交通噪音。我一定会推荐这家旅馆。

Another 5.... I agree with you Hubby as I am an avid swimmer as well. But... the pool is Salt Water heated and super comfortable. We allowed for less pool space to accommodate for a few more rooms and a larger fitness facility. Thank you for posting a review and letting us know how great your stay was.
