Personally, I have never stayed here but I knew a family who had to live here due to a lack of finances. I came here often to take them to Dr. appointments & other errands. This place has always to my knowledge been filthy & run down & junk thrown haphazardously in mounds everywhere you look. Tons of dangerous building scraps, sheet metal, nails, etc. belonging in a landfill laying around. At least a dozen poor mangy looking cats running around looking starved half to death, and an occasional dog or two. Not to mention that this place is also next door to a "porn shop / book store", so you know the types this motel will be, and does cater to. (Not a "family friendly" place.) No pool, playground, or restaurant on the grounds. Super Wal-Mart is about a half mile south and has a McDonalds
Been under construction for way over 10 years & still no signs of improvement. "Skid Row" or " NO TELL- MOTEL" best describes this dive. Best asset..the overgrown bushes out front that hide this hideous monstrosity from the public view; seriously! Why so harsh you ask? Because the guy that bought that place needs to step it up & clean up that crap hole once & for all. Medford is growing & making strides in cleaning up that end of town with the new Wal-Mart, apartment complex's, little league field's, the new Ball park etc.& planted right in the middle of it is an outhouse. Come on, I'm sure I'm not the only person in Medford that's sick of looking at this dump. Take some pride in yourself & your city.
