我们有一个很好的房间，很棒的早餐，酒店离高速公路不远。旅行的时候所有不好的事情都来了！我们称之为交通，迟点的时候雨也越来越大。很高兴他们还有一个房间。接待员Jenn，非常乐于帮助。

We are so happy to hear you had a nice stay with us, and that it made your traveling experience better. I have spent so much time trying to make sure we have a good breakfast for the guests. Since we don't have a full kitchen it makes it hard to keep up when its busier but we have added lots of extra items and I actually had staff try new and old items to see which are better, So we are trying really hard to make sure every guest leaves full and happy with all aspects of the stay. 这个月我和我女儿在这最佳西方酒店住了两个晚上，所有的服务员待我们都非常好。他们都非常友好，入住手续办理得很快，房间很干净别致。地段非常便利，下次会再来这家酒店住！

酒店的地理位置非常便利，从酒店到我要去的地方都非常方便。这个酒店不仅非常干净，工作人员也非常热情好客。房间的被褥及枕头确实需要改进，因为我睡着不是很舒服。我以前在这里住过几次，而且我以后出差还会选择在这里住，但是我建议他们去掉床单上的旧毯子，并配备些质量好点的枕头。或者垫上更加舒适的床垫。睡觉对我来说是一件非常重要的事，所以这些小小的改变会对我产生重大影响。

I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your stay here. We try very hard to make sure everyone has a unique and wonderful stay. We actually do have plans in the future to replace all linens and top sheets. We are under new ownership so we have to take one step at a time to replace most items in rooms and out. We have made so many changes already but have many more plans. Hopefully next time you come back it will have been all changed out. We appreciate your business and would love to see you come back. （房间）还不错，又大又干净，床也很棒。前台员工有点敷衍——好像他有什么别的事情比给我办入住更重要一样。早餐一般，不过有鸡蛋和肉馅华夫饼什么的。下次如果再来的话，肯定还是住这儿……
