要不是因为赶路不会选择这里，它只是胜在地理位置，实际上非常旧的一家Holiday Inn，此外，像是加盟店，柜台人员的态度不是很热情。早餐需要另外加钱，因为餐厅是独立经营的，实际上我们使用早餐时还额外给了小费。楼层的结构天花板很低，房间内许多缺失，淋浴时会堵塞，马桶也有点堵塞，床垫凹陷该换了，床单被套都有点小污点，因为是IHG会员，可以快速check out，凌晨时从门缝塞进来一张收据，但是没有像其他Holiday Inn是放在信封里，一半的收据在门外，经过的人恐怕都看到个资了，非常粗糙的做法。早上check out时，向柜台一位金头发绑辫子的小姐反映诸多缺失，她竟然只是耸耸肩说：〝ok!〞就没了! 态度非常傲慢，这样不良的服务品质，我们平日来住，却花费比假日还贵，非常不值，不会再来。

通常你不会去错一个假日酒店。这个也不例外。它的位置很棒，波特兰往南足够远可以避免闹市区所有的混乱，但又足够接近，在白天只要短途开车就可以保持业务。好又安静。很棒的床。美妙的早餐。他们给了我一个没有问题的延迟付款。下次会再留在这里!

住在一个月前住过的房间，而房间状况严重恶化。家具好几个地方都裂开了。墙壁看上去真的很糙。窗帘是烂的。屋里的咖啡机从Keuring换成了某个不知名的东西，没有一个地方是好的。太失望了！

Thank you for taking the time to write a message about your recent stay with us. I am very sorry to hear that your experience was not to your satisfaction. The hotel is due for renovations in late 2017, however we are working on a few upgrade to the guestrooms that will take place this year. One of the major upgrades is a complete new window package to include new drapes, sheers and blackout curtains. As for the Keurig coffee makers we only have those on the 3rd floor executive rooms and suites currently. However the good news is we are also upgrading all of our room to Keurigs and should have both the window package and Keurigs installed within about 60 days. Again I am very sorry to hear about your recent stay, I hope you will give us another opportunity once we have some of the items you mention address very soon. Thank you, Jeff Brown General Manager

Unfortunately we do not have a hotel shuttle that can pick you up but we do work with a shuttle company that can pick you up and get you to the hotel for about $65 dollars. It depends on what rate you book with the hotel. Not all rates include breakfast, especially if you are booking on Expedia, Priceline, Hotwire, etc... they most likely will not include breakfast.
