我从前门走过,感觉自己像在一家养老院,在没有人的前台等着,一直到我去看那个超级破旧的房间,我立刻就把它升级了,在那个房间里根本睡不着觉,这让我对酒店的印象很差。这就是所谓的套房吗! !!!所以晚餐....没有太多的选择,点了一个意大利菜,做的平淡无味....唯一的优点是员工还算友好,但需要督促他们才能使他们更积极! !!我本来打算在这里住2个晚上的,现在不可能了! !!

这家酒店不是很好。人手不足、厕所地板上有很多头发、酒店很旧、房间里有蜘蛛网、甚至台灯上也有蜘蛛网。这里太旧了,我都不敢相信会见到这样的地方。酒吧的工作人员似乎不错,也很努力,但是显然这里长期的投资不够。spa的更衣室很旧、脏,整个地方都需要好好的清洁一下。

Dear Mrbump001 Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Bewdley Hotel, but I was very disappointed to hear you received a poor level of service, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We are in the relatively early stages of new ownership and as we speak a large amount of investment is being planned , they have invested a lot but unfortunately it has been on much needed infrastructure and not on the niceties the customer can touch and feel. Here at the hotel we do operate a rolling program on the bedrooms in which we redecorate, it evident from the feedback we need to increase the impetus on this and we will. In the interim I would like to confirm that I am taking the appropriate measures to address your feedback and immediate action with housekeeping and maintenance to rectify these issues. Once again please accept my sincerest apologies and thank you for sharing your concerns. Dear andrewfogg71 Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trip advisor We strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We are in the relatively early stages of new ownership and as we speak a large amount of investment is being planned and I am sure this investment would be reflected in the next review should you give us an opportunity in the future. I did not your comment on breakfast, we have made every effort to improve our breakfast offering during busy times and revert back to plated service towards the end of service Please rest assured that we are continuing to address feedback to improve and prevent future occurrence. 因为出差住在这里...以前也住在这儿。在我公司把我放在这里的几年里,体验一直在走下坡路。工作人员很好,食物和饮料通常都很好,但我曾见过一些不好的。真正的问题是房间...我住的那间非常陈旧。一半的灯坏了,窗帘上有一个洞,衣柜上的深色漆面已经磨损了。以前在窗户上有保护隐私的网,但他们已经没有了。这里的一切都缺乏业主的投资和兴趣。
