管理人员晚上告诉我没有热水的问题会解决。夜里2点的时候，我房间来电话告诉我需要放一放水……最好去别的地方吧。机场附近有很多别的酒店，它们有更好的设施

Dear Sickgin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We extend our apologies regarding the inconvenience of the hot water boiler once again. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen situation where the hot water boiler switched off automatically. Immediate action was taken and hot water was restored and available. By 12:20 am there that warm water available in the rooms and by 12:50 am hot water was available. Regrettably, it was the unfortunate and unforeseen situation and while it is not possible to undo the past I do hope you give us the opportunity again to show you the true level of hospitality we pride ourselves on here at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport. 酒店很干净，适合一晚的过夜停留。工作人员很友好。这家酒店的价格太高了。需要升级，房间一般。电视机是陈旧的，它提供免费电影（每部电影18美元）。这里有令人失望的位置。本以为酒店应该离机场更近一些，因为它宣称酒店在悉尼机场附近，但是步行到国内机场却一点都不方便。你也不能从国际机场步行到酒店。而且，我认为会有更多的食物选择。他们的客房服务菜单上的选择是有限的，楼下的烧烤架也没有提供太多的菜单。此外，客房服务对于普通食物来说是非常昂贵的 - 鸡胸肉要35美元！！只适合来这里睡一晚。

I'm delighted to know you had a wonderful experience and thank you for your lovely compliments regarding our high cleanliness quality and friendly and assisting staff. I'm sorry to hear you experienced such dissatisfaction during your stay with us regarding the inconvenience of walking to and from the domestic and international airport. It is understandable that you may not be able to walk to the international airport and we also don't recommend it we would suggest a taxi, uber or our shuttle bus service for $7 per person which leaves from the hotel every 40 minutes. Many of our guests choose to walk to and from the airport however, this also depends on the amount of luggage the guest is carrying. How hotel is an airport hotel however the vicinity of the airport is large and the distance to the domestic airport is 800m - 1km. I would also like to apologise for your experience regarding your meal experience your comments will be been addressed directly to our Food and Beverage Manager for further advising. La Boca has their own website where you can see the menu. Search up "La Boca Bar & Grill"
Mascot station doesn't charge the extra $20 AUD unlike the domestic airport which is 8 mins walk from the hotel. Mascot Station is 12 minutes walk from the hotel from where you can go to circular quay for places like the sydney opera house. It's also recommended to use google maps compared to apple maps. If you need any assistance, you can ask our friendly concierges or anyone from reception.

2.100 meter clearance get 4x4 in but no campers
Ask for an early check in on your booking. They deal with this request all the time. Also there's a shuttle (called 'Supershuttle') from and to International and Domestic terminals. You'll find the timetable and map on their website. A taxi may be reluctant to take you the short distance to this hotel. (small fare). A previous answer suggested it would
take " 2 hours to get through immigration and customs and get a taxi" This has never been our experience - the time being more like less than an hour and sometimes only 20 minutes, then catch the shuttle bus, a 5 minute ride operating about every half hour.
