酒店客房人员服务非常好，前台接待态度也不错，不过还是很不满意。从前台那拿了房卡去开门，结果打开门里面已经有一对夫妻了？然后酒店给我们重新安排了一间房，结果之前那间房还要收我们的钱！我们已经预付过房费了，到头来还得给之前那间房再付一次房费，而且我们刷的信用卡，居然还收我们全价，一点折扣都没有！房间是含早的，但是根本就没有任何无麸早点，不管什么早点都有奶制品......不好意思，没有适合您的早餐，可以吃个香蕉或是苹果什么的......如果各位对什么东西过敏的话，那你在这就别想能吃什么东西了！而且房间里空调吵死了，就算关掉了，隔一会儿也会响一下。

On behalf of all the staff here at SpringHill Suites Dallas Downtown/Westend, we’d like to thank you for choosing to stay with us. Our staff cares what you think and always goes out of our way to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. With that said we noticed that on Tripadvisor, which you were kind enough to take the time to complete, that you were not entirely pleased with a few things. We are very sorry for your troubles at our hotel with the breakfast. I am very sorry that we failed in providing you with the service you expect. We are working hard to correct these issues. The hotel has a stay health program which includes fresh spinach, deli ham, cheddar and Havarti cheeses, sweet breads, croissants, fresh fruit whole strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, Kashi cereal and Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt. There is also a toppings bar with dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips and coconut flakes to spruce up your morning. We also have breakfast staples like Eggs regular sausage and Oatmeal. We will look at providing more Gluten-free items. I hope next time you will choose our hotel and I will guarantee that you will have a great time with no issues. Your opinions are important to us. 酒店使用、干净，员工很棒。位置有点不尽如人意（如果你在达拉斯的老区走走很不错，周围没有太多的店铺）。早餐没有其它我住过的万豪酒店的好。所以总的来说，房间大，员工好，位置一般，早餐（包含在内的）不是很好。

我在Dallas呆了一晚，是为了去the House of Blues看演出。我选择这家酒店是因为到这里路程很近，并且看起来挺不错。它正合我心意。酒店非常干净，前台员工棒极了，特别是Jay。在我入住期间并没有任何噪音干扰。我需要乘坐早班机，因此我并没有吃这里的早餐，但我驻足喝了一杯咖啡，闻起来很美味。我肯定还会入住这家酒店的。

优点：员工很棒，早餐很好，地理位置优越。缺点：我们住在这里4晚，我们这层每一天的每一个清早都在建造！多数时候只有一个电梯开着，所以我们不得不连同其他大型集会参与者们一起等上10到15分钟。酒店周围的餐厅周五到周六凌晨1、2点卡拉OK声音很大声！

It was a 10 minute walk with only one turn. Very easy
Thank you for your interest in the SpringHill Suites Dallas West End. We do offer early check-in based upon room availability. We also offer express check-out. Our standard check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is by 12pm. We will certainly do our best to accomodate any special requests for early check-ins and check-outs based on the hotels capacity.
Marriott recently rolled out a great app that you may find helpful for the check-in and check-out process. This app can be found by doing a search for "marriott mobile app" from your browser.
As part of this roll-out, Marriott is giving away millions of Marriott Reward points to guests that use mobile check-in.

Our hotel, like most downtown properties, does not offer complimentary parking. There are several paid parking options in the immediate area. One option that is popular among our guest is the West End Parking garage. It is garage parking and is approximately $8 for overnight parking. It is $8 each time you exit. Our hotel does offer valet parking for $24 per night, unlimited ins and outs.

The SpringHill Suites Dallas West End pool hours are from 6AM - 10PM. It is on the second floor of our hotel in a nice private setting.
