Beautiful duplex with a garage, 3 bedrooms, high ceilings, tastefully decorated, well equipped unit. Love the location. It's close it I-15. It has a nice pool and golf course. Can't complain and would definetly return. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 starts is not everything is in proper working order. The master bathroom toilet wont flush. I have to pull the chain to get it to flush. The wood table and chairs are worn.
We stayed here with our RCI timeshare points. Master bedroom suite downstairs, two additional bedrooms upstairs with a full bath (high ceilings=long staircase). Pull out sofa in living room, but not enough seating for the eight people capacity. Well-appointed kitchen, as usual with a timeshare. Washer/dryer with two loads of laundry soap. Great bath & pool towels. Nice mountain-rustic decor. Might be time to update a few things like the master shower (walk-in, no door/curtain). No grill that we could find. Two nice pools and two spas in the community area. Indoor community center closed during COVID-19. Timeshare is in a neighborhood which is unique, but pleasant! Locked ourselves out of our unit one night when we didn't take our phones to the pool and forgot the door code. No reply from the resort staff when we left a message. Interval International double booked the unit. The resort staff was wonderfully accommodating taking care of the other party. Zion NP is 45 minutes away, Bryce is about 2.25 hours, North Rim Grand Canyon is 2.5 hours. All easy drives and so worth it! REALLY hot in Utah in July, but great AC in the unit.
Used our RCI timeshare points to come visit this gorgeous townhome complex. As a couple we had more than enough room. Two additional rooms were located upstairs with a full bath. The master and full bath and full laundry was located downstairs. We had a private patio out the main living area and a gas burning fireplace. The resort staff located off site provided us with our door code. Located inside was also a fob to use the amenities including cardio fitness area, two swimming pools and two hot tubs. We came here to hike Bryce and Zion and the hot tub definitely came in handy after some of those strenuous hikes! Zion was about 40 minutes and Bryce about 2 hours. Don’t miss out on these spectacular national parks! We also visited many local, antique, and trinket shops our favorite being the Gypsy Emporium and the Springdale Candy Company. Vegas was also only two hours so we went to The comedy club one evening to an early show at the Rio. The entire trip was amazing and Coral Ridge made it feel like we were able to come to our home away from home!
We were in town for an 85th birthday party. We stayed in this unit with our kids and grandkids. The townhome was very clean and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. This made things very convenient for us. There was a pack and play and a couple of air mattresses in the home that we were able to use. The kitchen was well stocked including a crock pot. The location was good for us since we had the party in Ivins and also visited family in Hurricane. It's conveniently located off of the freeway. I was concerned that there would not be enough convenient parking but there was plenty. We were able to park a car in the garage, one in the driveway and two in parking stalls right next to the townhome. There was good communication with the property manager The pool and clubhouse looked very nice although we did not have a chance to use them. The community was a nice place to take a morning walk and it's located next to a park that has a fishing pond.

Beautifully Decorated lots of space for everyone was great having a washer and dryer in the unit there was access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and also a weight/ workout room There was sitting area and a games area
