From start to finish the Suites were a pretty good experience. Comfy bed/ linens. Scrumptious breakfast. Weekday complimentary dinner hour snacks/drinks. We got an excellent off season room rate. Would definitely come back.

We were expecting more of a B&B-like feel but it is more like a Residence Inn. Not negative just a different vibe. The room was good with a microwave, oven top and refrigerator. We were glad we had those as we experienced a snow storm and ate in one night. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee was very good. The staff was friendly and gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. It is not on the main road so it was nice and quiet. I would stay again.

Excellent stay. Enjoyed the suite and comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was good. Good location to enjoy Burlington. Welcomed our dog with us. Not far from anyplace we wanted to visit. Would come back again! Thank you!

I chose this place through the Booking app. My two criteria were pets allowed and breakfast included. Very impressed with the suite. King bed, roomy bedroom, nice living area, functional kitchen. Everything clean. No housekeeping service, which I didn’t really mind for the four nights we were there. You need towels, soap, etc., you just ask at the front desk. Breakfast was very generous, although the hot dishes (eggs, meat, pancakes) were barely warm at best. My one gripe is the per-night pet fee. If no one is coming in to clean, it’s excessive. We covered the sofa with blankets for our older, well-behaved dog. It seemed like a lot to pay $25/night.

Very nice stay here, wonderful suite and the staff was exceptional. It is in an area that by car is very central also easy to catch a bus to downtown, Church street. Breakfast was served but I would have enjoyed also having a restaurant on the property. The suite was a very good size with kitchen, table and living room area. Very comfortable.
