费尔法克斯费尔奥克斯春季山丘套房很好，房间很舒服，和孩子们一起旅行的话这里很有特点。沙发下面安装有可滚动的轮子，所以经过移动基本上就可以有另外两张双人床了。这里很适合孩子们!

酒店的床和枕头睡着还算舒服，房间内也很安静。卫生间的浴帘上有污渍，地毯上也有很多的灰尘。我挂衣服的时候还看见窗前的地毯上有一点食物的碎屑。在第一天保洁员来整理过后，那些污渍就都没有了。我很喜欢这里的小冰箱、水池。免费早餐分量很足。吸烟区也就在前台的右侧，有些游客在那里吸烟聊天。每次从他们旁边走过吸二手烟的感觉真不好。如果可以把吸烟区放在远离入口的地方就更好了。不管怎么样，有机会我还会再来的

Thank you for taking the time to detail your initial experience with our hotel. I would like to personally apologize for the second-hand smoke and I can assure you that we are taking the steps needed to prevent similar issues in the future. I am truly sorry for the cleanliness issue you experienced upon arrival. It seems that we did not deliver the service promised and we take full ownership. I am happy to hear that the housekeeping issues were resolved by the second day even happier that you have decided to give us a second chances. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. 预订这家酒店的部分原因是邻近鹰银行的竞技场，而且非常方便。而且，因为有游泳池的原因。我们带着两个孙子一起旅行，他们都指望(而且喜欢)在活动前和第二天早上都能在泳池里玩。游泳池直到5点才开门!他们非常的失望。而且，正如另一位评论者提到的那样，这些房间并不是严格意义上的套房，从沙发底部抽出的沙发只能容纳一个人。员工很好。

I am glad that you found our service to be friendly and out location to be convenient. However I am very sorry to learn that you’re sleeping arrangements fell short of your expectations. Please accept my sincerest apologies that you were left to feel disappointed. What we have in our rooms is called a Trundle day bed. What that means is that the sofa turns into a twin bed after the back cushions are removed. Underneath the bed is a small bed that pulls out to the size of a king bed. We provide blankets and sheets for both beds and extra pillows upon request. As our hotel is located in Fairfax County we have to follow Fairfax county policy and a life guard must be onsite when the pool is open. You will find that majority of hotels that have pools in Fairfax county open at 5pm Monday through Friday and all day on the weekends as that is when the contractors send out their lifeguards. We will update our website to avoid any further confusion. Thank you for your review.

The hotel does not have a shuttle. However, we are located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We are also a short drive to the Vienna Metro station.

If you are driving, the hotel is located 20 miles from downtown DC - which will take anywhere from 30 minutes in low traffic to as much as 1 hour or 75 minutes depending on your exact destination. The hotel is located 5 miles from the nearest Metro (subway station.) That is another good option as mentioned harpmike. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the metro from 7 - 11 AM. Otherwise, a taxi would run you about $10 each way to / from the metro. The metro ride itself is about 40 to 50 minutes each way, again, depending on your exact destination. Many people utilize this option to get downtown and avoid the need for parking a vehicle which can be tricky sometimes in DC. I hope this info is helpful!
