我们住在六楼,阳台面海,高楼层不会有太多吵杂声
交通位置方便,虽然不是直接在海滩边但是也离海滩很近 而且离公车站也很近,员工都很友善,食物也不会太差,虽然我们吃到第五天有点腻,晚上的bar可以坐在外面听人唱歌很棒,床也很舒服,唯一缺点是厕所太小 使用起来很不方便
整体来说以这样的价钱 有这样的服务 算值得推荐

Dear Ms carolbates We deeply regret to see that we have not been able to meet your expectations and that because of this you have scored us poorly. It seems that some aspects of the hotel have not been to your liking and we apologise for this. The complete satisfaction of our guests is our main objective so we feel sad to see that we have not achieved this in your case. In addition, we have not been able to cater to your culinary preferences so we feel even more sorry for this. Our hotel, without being a luxurious place, offers good value for money as well as being quite well located. Also the staff, as you say, are friendly and always try to meet the needs of the guests. All of this makes us a good place for most visitors. However, unfortunately this has not been the case with you which means that we have to bid farewell with our humble apology from Cala Millor.

Please can someone who has stayed at the hotel recently tell me what type of sun loungers are round the pool? Photos show the usual white variety without mattresses and others show a more modern variety that look more comfortable. I have a spinal problem so the one without mattresses (White) would not suit me. Which part of the complex is best for someone with mobility issues.
Are there kettles in the rooms to make tea/coffee

Cual es el horario de comidas del hotel? Que incluye el todo incluido? Tienen parking?
Hola Sonia G Muchas gracias por interesarse por nuestro Hotel BLS Cala Millor. Los horarios de comidas son los siguientes: Desayuno 08.00 a 10.00 / Almuerzo 13.00 a 14.30/ Cena 18.30 a 20.30 . Los bares de las piscinas están abiertos de 10.00 a 18.00 y el bar Salón de 10.00 a 00.00. Aunque el Todo Incluido termina a las 23.00. El Todo incluido incluye todas las comidas y bebidas, tanto en Comedor como en los Bares. Además, también entre horarios de comedor se dispone de una oferta de bocadillos, snacks y frutas. Todas las bebidas, licores, combinados, cócteles etc.. son gratis en el T.I, solamente algunas bebidas de marcas internacionales tienen un pequeño coste añadido. El hotel no tiene parquing propio, los huéspedes aparcan en las calles adyacentes. Esperamos que nuestra respuesta le sea satisfactoria y pronto nos visite. Bienvenidos a Cala Millor
