我在这个酒店住过很多次，这一次的价格比较低，因为是不可取消的房型。我周五到的，我想洗澡的时候，水不是滚烫的，就是冰冷的，我把这个问题反映到夜班经理 。他试着想帮我解决问题，并保证会向“维修部”反馈。但是很明显，周六并没有任何人来采取任何措施，我周六晚上又把问题反映给当晚的经理。周日上午我想洗澡的时候，水还是像冰一样的冷。我反映给前台工作人员，她跟我说，她无权纠正这个问题或是赔偿我!!

很好的工作人员和酒店房间，还有免费的自助早餐。那离火车站非常近，酒店离Gatwick机场也就大概3个街区。附近还有非常棒的酒吧和餐馆。

这是一次非常愉快、舒适的住宿。房间干净，床很柔软😍不错的淋浴，友善的员工。早餐非常可口、美味。很多选择🍎🍐🍞🥐🧀🥚🍳培根和鸡蛋是分开的。对于素食者和穆斯林，很适合😊非常感谢提供的,谢谢给予的这个机会☀️☀️

因为工作原因，已经在这里住了几个月了，这里非常让人印象深刻。所有的东西都非常便利，特别是Victoria和Steffen，他们每周都非常尽心尽责。早餐很不错，床也非常舒适。而且这里离市中心也很近。

员工非常友善，在抵达的时候热烈欢迎我们。房间很大也很干净。餐厅的菜品也很美味。最重要的是周围配套齐全，都离酒店很近。包括火车站。总之我很满意。

If hotel can provide good service and facilities, it will deserve good reviews
Buongiorno Denise, purtroppo io ho prenotato ed utilizzato la mia carta. Manda un email all'hotel specificando che il pagamento del pernottamento sarà effettuato con altra carta di credito. Comunque non credo ci siano problemi in quanto le due ragazze alla reception sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Buon viaggio!
