非常棒的假期,工作人员特别友好,非常细心。沙滩很漂亮,房间干净,尽管有些老旧,但是你每天能花多少时间待在房间呢?你真的应该享受这个地方,美味的食物,不错的晚会。这里离机场很近,所以不用搭乘很长时间公交就可以达到住所。在酒吧可以享受更多侍者带来的便利,特别是晚会上。我们肯定会推荐这里。其他假期我们还会来这里!伦敦,加拿大安大略。

我和我的姨妈不久前刚刚到达这家酒店,这让我们的旅行开始得很糟糕。酒店的客户服务很糟糕,缺乏知识以及专业性,而且还没有值班经理,员工也非常不友好、不随和。酒店无法向我们提供基本的房间,因为那些房间被提前两个半月预订完了!结果是我们三人虽在同一天预定但是房间相隔特别远。建议各位两个成年人共用一张床。我们对他们毫不在意且专制的服务感到非常失望和沮丧。我们的问题仍然没有解决。我们已经在这个品牌的酒店住过很多次了,结果我们在这家酒店受到了迄今为止最糟糕的的客户服务。

Dear Tatiana K, In first place I would like to thank you for posting your review on this site. Our guest’s opinions and suggestions are of the upmost importance for us to improve our ongoing services. We have carefully analyzed all the details you described on your review and after going through the records of our Customer Service Department, I would like to provide you with some comments on some aspects. With regards of the allocation the day of your arrival, be sure that our Front Desk and Sales staff will always strive to fulfill your requests or even to track a certain room number but there are times, when the hotel gets full, and they have they hands tied and need to use all possible rooms, therefore sometimes all requests cannot be fulfilled. I feel also in the need to point out that we didn't have any record in our system of the 2 beds requests and given that the day you arrived we had no standard rooms available (which were the room category you had booked) you were granted a free upgrade to our superior lagoon rooms; which usually come with a king size bed. I have to state that I was informed and updated since the very first day of your stay about your situation. It's true that I did not contacted you personally but for that is what we use our Customer Services staff, who sent for an extra bed to be added to your room in order to make you feel more comfortable that night till we had a room available for you to move the next day in the morning. The next day our Customer Service Manager contacted you and showed you three standard rooms, all of them with 2 beds; you didn't like any of them and you finally decided to stay in another superior lagoon room, just like the one you were before, with a king size bed that you claimed was softer than the previous ones. We are truly sorry to see your dissatisfaction after all the effort we put to fulfill your requests. Our Customer Service called you everyday to cover any needs you had and took care that you received a complimentary bottle of rum and cava in your room for the inconveniences. Be confident that the management and staff of Meliá Cayo Coco is always taking good care of all our guests. Our hotel has been open for over 19 years. This time has provided us with loyal guests, international acknowledgment and a great staff that makes our customers return year after year. We are absolutely orientated to guest satisfaction and we are very well known for going beyond our efforts to make our guests feel welcomed and relaxed, it is truly a shame you did not feel that way and you had left with such a bad opinion on us. 自助餐的食物棒极了。他们仍然很难放慢点菜的速度。我们的房间很干净,客房服务也很好。度假村很干净整洁。度假村的工作人员特意让你有宾至如归的感觉。这是一个相对较小的度假村(只有250个房间),所以你可以一直见到工作人员。爱这个地方!
