我出差时预订了这家旅馆。我事先不知道这家旅馆是在摄政大学。摄政大学有一个强烈的歧视政策。不要错过大堂里臭名昭著的帕特罗伯逊(Pat Robertson)的巨幅油画肖像。房间陈旧，发霉，天花板漏水。街对面的华夫饼屋是我此行的亮点。

Dear jmrpup: We appreciate hearing feedback from our guests. However, the only portraits in our lobby are ones of our first Founding Fathers: George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and James Monroe. As you may not know, the hotel was designed with a Colonial décor in mind. Additionally, our hotel has a zero tolerance for any type of discrimination. We are pleased that you found Waffle House to be a highlight. Many of our guests are big fans especially because of the convenience of location and that they are always open. It is unfortunate that you did not have an opportunity to have a meal in our Swan Terrace restaurant for a fine dining experience.

从外面看，这家酒店很漂亮。我们去了4个不同的房间才找到一张可以让人接受的床。我们经常旅行，住在希尔顿酒店，这是我们第一次遇到这样的问题。我不会推荐这家酒店。床坏了，家具被刮破了。

cathyg910, Thank you for this feedback. All of our mattress are new and are the standard Hilton brand. They are the same type of mattresses you enjoy during all of your travels to Hilton Hotels. We are getting all new furniture, carpet and curtains in our upcoming renovation. Stay tuned for updates and we hope you will visit us again once those renovations are complete. Several outdoor smoking areas. Not sure about how many different tickets are available from front desk but when I inquired front desk staff was helpful for some local arrangements.
I’m not sure!! I would call them. I’m sure they would give you all the informations you need.
We are a 15 minute drive to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Minimum 30 mins to Virginia Beach.
