On a mini trip to Sequim my aunt and I decided to stay someplace fun, in a caboose! We stayed in the Steampunk themed caboose because my aunt wanted a shower. All the other cabooses have bathtubs. Each caboose has a different theme. The bed was comfortable. There’s no door for the shower area but we opened the locker type doors and made a screened area since it was my aunt and I traveling together. There’s a rec room with board games, laundry, pool table and foosball table. We enjoyed the pool table in the evening. I’d stay here again.
We found this little gem while doing a quick stop in Sequim. We loved the themed caboose rooms. The room we chose was the Wild West, it had everything you could ask for in the room, it really felt like a step into the wild west. I highly recommend it for couples or anyone really.

I thought this would be something different and a cool experience for a getaway. However, for the price I was extremely disappointed and this is why… We stayed in the lavender car. It had a musty smell, which was to be expected. It’s advertised with a kitchenette. Unfortunately it had a two burner stove about as big as a Camping stove, a leaking, mini fridge, and no counter or any way to cook a meal. It did have a microwave to reheat something or make popcorn. It was super cold in there. We had to keep the heat cranked for our full visit or we would have frozen by morning. We actually turned on the heat and left for a couple hours until it warmed up and we could come back. The bed is one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. It was extremely uncomfortable, springy, and bouncy. The biggest problem I had with this stay was the cleanliness. It had not been dusted in months. I am including pictures where you can see that I actually wrote “wash me” on a few sections of the train car. I set my clothes down, and when I picked them up, they were full of dust bunnies. Pictures do not look as bad as it did in person but you can definitely see there’s a cleanliness issue. The jetted tub and quaint decor were the only positives for us. However, more than two towels in the whole place would’ve been nice. Since I used my towel for the tub, I had to skip my shower in the morning. This is a clever idea and has the making of being a really cool overnight experience. Unfortunately, it is not well-kept and needs work.
I stayed in the Lavender #5. It wasn’t horrible. The hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. Other than that…. It was dirty. Extremely dusty. I set my clothes down and when I picked them up they were brown from the dust. It shouldn’t be advertised as having a kitchen or kitchenette. They say there is a 2 burner stove. There is, but the absolute only thing you have room to cook is maybe a can of soup. If you’re thinking you’re going to make a meal, it won’t happen. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was lumpy and very bouncy (I don’t know how else to describe it). Every time one of us would roll over or adjust in bed the bounce of the bed would wake the other up. I would have given it 2 stars, but the jetted tub was very relaxing. It’s a cute little place, but it definitely needs better cleaning and a better bed. I was a bit disappointed. I don’t think I would stay here again.

房间建议：Do not expect to cook a meal here. There is not any room.
When I pulled in, my tween daughter's reply was "really? ugh." When we opened the door to her cabin, she squealed. An honest to god squeal of delight. Followed by "can we stay here longer?" The rooms are quirky - my wife and I stayed in one carriage, my daughter and teenage son in another - but they're well appointed and a great break from staying in a generic hotel room. Comfortable beds, very quiet, and just a short drive from the cute (but small) downtown. My daughter's right - wish we had stayed longer.
