地点相当方便，就在地铁的出口。但是隔一条街是恶名昭彰的田德隆区，晚上千万不要走过去。
饭店相当老旧，也有一些物品坏掉，饭店服务人员有帮忙解决，但别期望太高。

Thank you for sharing your review of our hotel. We apologize we were not able to provide you with the quality of services you deserve. This is uncharacteristic of our hotel and staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. 我住了3天。因为地利之便，所以为首选。
但又因为饭店历史比较久，窗帘相对灰尘多，易打喷涕。如果有附空气滤清机会更好。
每天打扫人员都打扫得很干净。

饭店位置好对面有几间百货公司和当当车总站，旁边是捷运站但是附近流浪汉多治安不怎么好，我们在对面汉宝店用餐隔壁桌就发生抢案，饭店人员服务态度快速也好，唯一不好的是我们退房当天早上8点仍在睡觉时客房清洁人员试图闯入令我十分惊恐，还有附近街道施工声音

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your recent stay. I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you encountered during your stay. I appreciate you bringing this situation to my attention, and I will personally address with my team. Our housekeeping should never enter a room unannounced and all of our team members should be displaying the Hilton 'Love to Help' ethos. We did little to make this right in addition to our original error and that is not the standard we strive to achieve and is certainly not reflective of the experience you have come to expect from a Hilton property. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to continually monitor the level of service we provide our guests, and address service issues as they arise. My contact information is below. I hope that you will reach out to me directly the next time your travels bring you to San Francisco and ensure a flawless stay.

我们在这里住了两个晚上，9月7日和8日，每晚都住了不同的房间。第一点想讲下房间。我不得不同意其他一些评论，因为我们住的两个房间都有点老旧了。浴室可能最近对淋浴设备进行了一次更新，因为两个房间的瓷砖都看起来更新了，但仅此而已。然后在我们的第一个房间里，我猜测可能发生了一些不好的事情，因为浴室天花板上似乎有血迹飞溅(见图)。那肯定看起来像血，尤其是那些鲜红色的点。你也可以看到同样的飞溅在墙上，但墙壁至少被抹去了。这让我有点不舒服。不管怎样，我们不得不在第二天换了房间，因为第一间房的淋浴头只有热水流出，所以必须要修。第二个房间的床很舒服，如果可以不那么清楚地听到楼下街上的噪音，我们会睡得很好的。考虑到酒店位于联合广场，这是意料之中的。位置其实挺好的。旧金山湾区捷运的入口就在街对面。虽然我的评价听起来可能有点负面，但由于这家酒店的客户服务，我给它打了4分。每个员工都非常非常好!从办理入住手续开始，我们实际提前了3个小时办理入住手续，与前台那位女士交谈也很愉快。来修理我们淋浴的维修工也非常好。当他意识到这不是简单可以解决的问题时，他问我们是否愿意换房间，这样我们就可以为当天出门先做准备了。我们当然答应了。他下了楼，把我们的新房间钥匙拿到楼上，给我们带来了一张50美元的酒店餐厅代金券，以补偿给我们带来的不便。最后，当我们退房的时候，不知道该从哪个出门口出可以直接走到旧金山湾区捷运站，保安一直陪我们走到街上捷运入口。我对我们接触的每一位员工都赞不绝口。他们使我们住得非常舒适愉快。

Go to their website. Click on "Hotel Info" in the upper left corner of the screen. Scroll to the bottom and on the right, you should see something that says, "Customer Support", click on it. In the upper right corner, click on "Contact Us". Fill out the information with you question which will send email to them. I contacted them before my stay there and they were pretty quick with replying back to me. Hope it helps. Very nice place and good location.
