我和我丈夫订了一间房，打算在8月29日周四住一晚。我们从佛罗里达州的奥兰多起飞，随着4号飓风临近，我们在8月28日周三下午3:30分打电话想取消预订。贾科布告诉我们由于超过下午3点，想取消已经太晚了。我请他让管理人员给我回电，但他没做。能理解在飓风期间转移撤离是什么样子的话，那这绝对是一次糟糕的交易。这家公司毫无同理心，太可耻了！！他们一点都不关心他们的顾客。

I am so sorry to hear about your issues with your reservation but I believe this must be another Country Inn as we do not have a Jacob that works here and our cancellation policy is until 4pm. Our hotel is sometimes confused with the other three Country Inns in the area usually Westgate so I will contact their manager and pass along your complaint. It may be that this was a prepaid non- cancellable and non- transferable reservation which is why it is offered at such a deep discount but again I am just guessing. I myself am from New Orleans and the Gulf Coast and so I completely empathise with having to evacuate. Again, I apologize that you had this experience. All the best, Jeanne Mercier General Manager

There was no sign of one when we were there. Not a very organized or professional staff.
Unfortunately we are not a pet friendly hotel.
Call them directly and there will be no mistake or miscommunication.
