在我们入住期间，空调坏了，当时正值温度特别高的时期，“修理”持续了一个小时，然后又坏了。第三次打电话后，也没有给我们准备其他的房间，我们度过了一个又热又不舒服的夜晚。

Dear Relax221404 Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We apologize for the air conditioning issues you faced during your stay. This is certainly not the type of service our hotel is known for and we extend our sincerest apologies. We are sorry this spoiled an otherwise great stay. 房间很小，还不够我们放行李呢。我知道这是纽约，没得挑。也没地方放包，又很吵。不是修管道，就是电梯还有楼顶的酒吧，总有一个能把你吵醒。客房服务也很差，经常忘记每天给我换东西。房间也很烂。虽然地理位置的确很好，但是对比其他希尔顿酒店，可太让人失望了吧。

一家优秀的现代化酒店，位于市中心时代广场附近。风景很好，从屋顶酒吧可以看到帝国大厦和双子塔。房间不错，小但舒适，还有茶壶等等。唯一不好的地方是电梯有时要花25分钟才能从30层下来。所有的工作人员都很乐于助人，竭尽全力提供帮助。

We recognize your time is valuable and appreciate the feedback you have provided for the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York Times Square West. We are thrilled that you were impressed with our clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenience of being the closest Doubletree to Times Square. It is also a pleasure to know that you enjoyed the fantastic views of The Empire State building and Twin towers from our Lovage Rooftop Lounge. The needs of our guests are indeed our top priority, and we are glad this is apparent in the quality of service you received. However, we are sorry for the wait time issues with the elevators and the inconvenience that it caused. During our busiest times, the elevators get a lot of use, so we encourage our guests to leave a few minutes early when departing for activities outside the hotel. We appreciate your positive comments as well and hope that we have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit. Richard Hotter General Manager

一次美好的住宿体验，距离时代广场在步行距离范围内。酒店帮助预订了去肯尼迪机场的车（他们说是统一收费的），但并未告诉我说会在显示的价格之外另加税，于是比显示价格多付了15美元。但对我而言还可以接受

I just stayed on package holiday with BA did not pay any tourist tax
No only the rooftop bar was closed.
Whitney museum of American art. See a Broadway show. You can get last minute tickets the day of the show or a day before for much cheaper if you buy in person right in the middle of Times Square. It’s also fun to hang out right in Time’s Square where there are also many street performers. . If you’ve never been to NY before, there are so many other things to see as well, such as the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum. I put these in order of my personal preferences, but look them up and decide what fits your interests.
