这家新酒店可能是我住过最好的酒店。工作人员体贴友好，沟通顺畅，还很专业。你可以感受到他们的激情与体贴，这在五星级酒店并不常见。房间注重细节，很高档，我喜欢里面的高科技，还有一些小细节。比如说小酒吧和一些健身器材，他们甚至还有瑜伽和冥想的电视节目，酒店考虑到了一切能让顾客住的舒适放松的细节。其他的酒店只是嘴上说说，但这个酒店真实的实践了。客房服务的选择也很多，很快，看起来很不错。浴室的设施也很好。健身房也很好，是我去过最好的健身房！有各种各样的课程可以选择。酒店真的太棒了，完全超出了我的预期。酒店的策划，设计，员工等都非常出色，我等不及再回去了！

Dear J4094QVbenc, Thank you for your kind and detailed words. Together with our CEO, we put a lot of time in sourcing all the items for the rooms so thank you for noticing and using them. The bath amenities are actually based on the herbs which grow on the highline. Our spa is very unique in the sense that it has a lot of technical resources to help align your body again. Besides cryotherapy we also offer infrared sauna, the wave table which gets your body 3 hours worth of rest in 30 min, energy healers and IV drips if desired. Thank you very much for noticing our wonderful team members. We were very particular in hiring people with big hospitality hearts and then we trained them for skill. 酒店是以现代风格为主的，内设完全无噪音的全黑睡眠环境，设计时尚魅力。我入住的是在纽约的酒店。餐厅也很棒。如果你们入住这里，一定要来试试餐厅的鸡肉。酒店配套的健身房又是一种全新的享受了！不要步行，试着跑步去感受，你一定会爱上这里的。

Dear michaelsG7111EU, Thank you very much for your recap about your last stay. Our rooms are indeed special as it pertains to the quality of sleep/rest a traveler can get. The full blackout curtains, quiet rooms and ideal temperature setting all create the perfect sleep environment. The roasted chicken with lemon is amazing and one of many mouthwatering creations from our incredible chef Kyle. 我们在旅馆里住了两晚。这家旅馆确实很豪华，但也很有活力。我们遇到的所有员工都非常友好，很乐于助人。对于纽约的酒店来说，房间非常宽敞，设计也很好。我们可以看到河景，太美了!我们没有机会去健身房，但是我们尝试了SPA的冷冻疗法!很棒的体验!起初，它超级冷，但之后你就会感觉很好，恢复了活力。此外，整个哈德逊庭院本身就是一个目的地(船舶、商店、餐馆)。从酒店步行2分钟即可到达地铁站。我们在酒店里得到了我们想要的一切!我印象很深刻，一定会推荐这家酒店的。

I am always so happy to read when the service of the team members is the most memorable aspect of a guests stay....I will be sure to share your comments with the team! The healing aspects of Cryotherapy are endless. We are starting to see people come and do it several times a week due to its anti-inflammation, collagen building and even weight loss affects....Next time you are here please let me know and we can setup an infrared sauna for you as well, which is just as amazing. The shops (120+) as well as the restaurants (23) in Hudson Yards are incredible....so many choices. In case you didn't know but we offer a 7am workout class on the vessel daily for EQUINOX club and hotel guests only! ...Just what you need after sampling all the restaurants in Hudson Yards. Please do reach out to me next time you are in need of a hotel so that we can arrange some special treats for you. 很棒的服务！出色的住宿！接待处的亚历克斯、礼宾处的阿德里安、威尔·刘易斯是出色的工作人员。他们在我去开会前，确保了我拿到了一把伞和一瓶水，德文、特杰和诺曼在我到达酒店时向我致意，替我停车，并确保我的行李迅速地送到了我的房间。这家酒店简直太棒了！他们对细节的关注是无可挑剔的。我都等不及要再来这里了！

这里的奢华程度真的震撼了我！我一到达哈德逊广场的私人车道，他们就护送我去了电梯，然后我来到了绝美的空中大厅。员工非常友好，那里的城市景色和河景以及俯瞰餐厅的景色都非常动人心魄。我的房间是豪华河景房，可以从28楼看到绝美的水边景色。房间很宽敞、安静和现代，甚至还有早上/晚上不同的沐浴露！那里的迷你吧是我见过的最棒的-有有机产品和面膜。这里的健身房也是我见过的最大的，无论我去哪儿，每个人都很友好。哈德逊广场超级有趣-酒店对面就有Vessel和各种商店和餐厅。我等不及要再去了！！
