别被酒店饱经风霜的外观蒙骗了，酒店内部装修做得很好，很时髦。所有的房间和公共空间都进行了翻新，使这里成为该地区的一个超棒的酒店。它在海滩上，不是在海滩的对面。游泳池适合快速地泡一下，没有旋涡。火山坑和酒吧外面的区域非常受欢迎。早上在房间或楼下大堂提供咖啡。轻松步行到达历史街区。把车停在隔壁的车库里要8美元。如果你想要免费停车，就在几个街区外的历史街区的对面。酒店有很好的保安措施，一定要随身携带房间钥匙

我因为会议在这里待了3天，对他们的服务以及自助餐和宴会印象深刻。在俯瞰海浪的露台上举办的迎宾活动真是一种享受！ 我唯一的提醒是电梯等待时长 - 从顶层的活动回到登记区需要二十多分钟。

我住在圣巴巴拉市，由于最近的一场风暴从19年2月2日开始，从卡平特里亚到米尔帕斯街的高速公路关闭，我们被迫留在文图拉。我们选择住在这里是因为我们之前住过，住的挺开心。我们告诉他们我们被困在这里只需要最便宜的房间，价格是156美金不含税。后来我发现同样被困的我的妹妹住在万豪。万豪理解他们的困境给他们109美金的价格一间带沙发的大床房！我跟皇冠酒店的经理打电话再次跟他们申明了我们的情况，经理说只能再便宜20美金。但我觉得他们的态度就是不在意！不会再来住了！

周末在这家酒店住，这家酒店看上去很不错，感觉酒店最近翻新了。这里的服务很棒，酒店的员工安德烈在深夜给我们办理入住手续，她是一个非常热情人，很友好，她可以作为酒店其他员工的榜样，不管在什么时候都给客人提供最好的服务。希望下次还能再来这家酒店住。

a Bunch in downtown Ventura a walking distance from the hotel!
Sorry I can't help, we booked the executive king, west (sunset) facing room with 2 balconies. Loved it - sofa has a decent pullout bed if you need second bed; fridge, microwave +K-cup coffee. We didn't sleep on sofa bed, but did open it up just too see if it was acceptable - it is. Great staff, and food here. Enjoy!
