我们是一个四口之家，我们在这里度过了非常美好的时光。这一切都从Kekian在前台的友好、专业、礼貌的服务开始。她确保我们得到了拥有美丽景观的最好的房间，可以看到共济会教堂、市政厅和博物馆。这个酒店的位置是最好的，步行就能抵达景点。酒店内的星巴克非常方便（特别是对于我们这些从西雅图来的人来说）。感谢Kekian以最好的方式开始了我们的3个城市之旅！

房间很干净，但仅此而已。服务太差了。代客泊车承包商需要更换，酒吧工作人员很好，但是缺乏人手支持，他们公然撒谎称行李已经被“锁好，很安全”。 我两次走过“上锁的”房间，发现它敞开着，随时可以提走行李。 然后我向酒店投诉，他们说过几天会有人找我。再也没有听到任何回音。

我在费城的经历开始于Aloft，我到这的时候非常疲惫，拥挤的交通让我感觉压力很大。当Kekian为我登记，送我到套房的时候这些感觉都消失了，像一个家人一样让我感觉很舒服，为我提供了数不清的酒店小福利，还告诉我酒店的特色，哪里有好吃的，她还给我推荐了一些当地的历史遗迹。她像任何一个高档酒店的工作人员一样用礼貌和友善消除了我所有的顾虑。谢谢她。
