很棒的位置，我们在离这里一个街区远的地方花了10美元停车，其实根本不需要用我们的车。位置是很完美的。在大厅的装饰非常陈旧，但员工是包容的，友好的，房间非常不错，非常适合晚间睡觉。我一定会再次访问。

我们预订的房间是临水的。房间里有强烈的霉味和狗尿味。窗户必须要开着。前天的做法是给我们一个没有风景的房间，同样的价格。我问她，费用不应该是120美金或者更少吗？没有风景的房间，我们为什么要付同样的价格？他们的回答是，可以给我一个折扣。（没错，希尔顿尊重回头客率）结果就是收拾行李结账离开了。不会再来了。

我们为一个家庭婚礼呆在五号码头酒店。酒店为圣诞节装修的很漂亮。员工超级好,我们遇到的每个员工都对我们很好。我们的房间很不错,很干净。酒店在一个步行就能去内部港湾的距离。酒店也和Ruth Chris Steak House连接起来,那很方便。我们的一个红利是允许宠物。
我们绝对会再住在这里的。

AnessaPerry, we'd like to thank you for leaving us a wonderful review and we'd also like to thank you for choosing to stay with us during your time in Baltimore. We're extremely happy to hear that you fully enjoyed your time at our hotel. During the different seasons we always try to go out of our way to decorate our hotel appropriately. Around the Christmas season we often get many compliments on the hotels decorations. We're glad to see that you appreciated them too. From reading your review we also see that you mentioned our extraordinary staff. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such great people. They truly go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect for our guests. We'll make sure to pass along your kind comments to them. The close proximity our hotel has to many of Inner Harbor's great attractions is definitely a nice feature of our hotel. As you mentioned, Ruth's Chris Steak House is adjoined to our hotel as is McCormick & Schmick's. That makes two great dining options for our guests that are literally right around the corner! We are indeed a pet friendly hotel and always encourage our patrons to bring their furry friends. We know it can be very difficult to leave them at home when traveling, which is why we felt it was only right to allow them to stay too. If it makes our guests happy, it makes us even happier. We want to thank you for sharing with us and the TripAdvisor community on your stay. We truly appreciate when guests take the time out of their day to leave us a spectacular review. We hope you realize how much this means to us, and know that this kind gesture doesn't go unnoticed. I think 10. I agree that information is very hard to find on the website. But they do tell you when you arrive and check in.
I don't believe there are any complimentary shuttles, i.e., transportation. Uber or a taxi will be your best bet.
Hello. Not sure what room you will have or have booked, but you can call the front desk at 410-539-2000 and inquire. If there is a possibility based upon your booking to place you in a room with a harbor and aquarium view, we always do our best. But not all rooms have the same orientation.
