注意看我的标题。这里的互联网服务比第三世界还差。不过手机服务很不错。房间很好，提供的早餐优于大多数酒店。游泳池很不错，尽管热水浴缸已经停用了。如果你没有上网需求的话，这是个很好的地方。

Dear Richard F.: Thank you for your comments. We do appreciate your stay with us. The slow Internet service is an area wide problem. The issue is the remote location of the town and that there is not a true fiber optics line servicing the area. Please come again.

虽然这家酒店的客房质量达到了标准，但我并不推荐这家酒店。因为这家酒店的组织结构很差。无论是吃早餐还是干什么事你都得排队挂号登记。大多数客人在穿过美国的旅行时只在此停留一晚。这就意味着房间需要每天打扫。但是房间往往不能及时打扫好。即使在下午4点，你的房间也可能还没打扫完成。而且Wifi网络非常差。他们试图用Page地区的位置较偏远来解释这一现象，但显然城里其它地方的Wifi网络都没问题。在Page有很多家酒店，一定要选其它的酒店。

Dear LeosTravelWorld, I do apologize you did not enjoy your experience at our hotel. You stayed at our hotel during peak travel season. As it is with other popular destinations during high tourist season, crowds and waiting in line is common. I do apologize for your inconveniences, but please consider traveling during off season if the tourist crowds are frustrating for you. Thank you.

空调太吵了，听起来像鼓风机。这声音让我们彻夜难眠。其他方面是典型的贝斯特韦斯特酒店的风格。早餐的选择很棒，但是只能去拿一次，所以记得不要漏拿了什么东西。

Dear OliviacC1105BR: Thank you for staying with us. I apologize your room AC was too loud for you. Most hotels in the U.S. have PTAC units and they are not central air conditioning in the guest rooms. I apologize for your inconveniences. Thank you.

这家旅馆不错，但人手严重不足。下午4点的时候，只有一位女士坐在前台，队伍排得很长。她得办理登记手续、接电话等等。我花了将近一个小时才拿到房间钥匙。我们房间里没有毛巾，我们打电话给她时，她说她一会儿会带一些来。晚饭后，我们仍然没有收到毛巾，所以我们又打电话给她，她很不高兴，告诉我们，她是一个人，会在有空的时候过来，然后她就挂断了电话。你猜怎么着，我们一直没有拿到毛巾:-/

Dear Jaybart2019: Thank you for your stay with us. I am sorry you checked-in on a day where we had a front desk clerk "no-showed" for work and everyone else is already pulling double shifts. There is labor shortage in Page, AZ where there are not enough qualified service workers for all the businesses in the area, so if you are willing to work in a remote Northern Arizona town in the service industry, we are hiring for front desk clerks. Apply in person. No phone calls please. On spot hiring for qualified individuals and you can start immediately. If your answer is you don't want to move to Page, AZ, then you know why there is a labor shortage in town and can be a bit more empathetic and less critical.

I did talk to the person at the desk about the light switch, the bed was made but the sheets were all wrinkled, probably from the dryer ( I hope). Towels were folded, but not enough, 2 large, 2 small. We had to stay the extra night because we had to have a back tire changed on a motorcycle, no other option. I would of left the same night otherwise. Asking for another room....well we had to wait until after 4 in the afternoon to get this one.
