这家酒店离他们在instagram上宣称的7星级酒店不远。我甚至不给它评五星级。我和我的搭档期待着在这家所谓的神奇酒店结束我们的假期。这家旅馆唯一令人惊奇的地方就是游泳池。但我不建议任何人为了这个游泳池而呆在那里。巴厘岛有很多很棒的游泳池！我没有得到任何接近7星级酒店的评价，我在世界各地的许多酒店都住过。我几乎不会给这个4星。这是我在旅馆里的一些缺点。这个房间酒店房间的价格是相当基本的，许多设施看起来很旧，如浴缸，地板上进出浴缸是非常危险的一个意外等待发生，我的搭档滑倒导致她脚趾受伤，她的脚趾指甲实际上脱落，也在她的小腿上的一个巨大的瘀伤。浴室里打蜡过多的地板是伤害顾客的好方法。再加上在地板上放毛巾就像溜冰场。这家旅馆的服务是我住过的任何一家旅馆所得到的最差的服务之一。在我逗留的第一晚，我收到了拒绝服务，这很好。第二天晚上，我必须打电话要求提供拒绝服务，而且为了打扫房间，五星级酒店不应该这样。而且我的房间也没有被正确地打扫我在那里的整个停留。第三天晚上，这项服务从来没有收到过，甚至没有提供过。我的房间刚刚离开。拒绝服务包括设置蚊帐，所以这是丛林中一家酒店的必备服务。另外，退房时，我在门下收到了账单，上面写着这张账单是当天下午3点起的最新账单，但在我更新账单并支付最新账单的前一天，因为我想在账单上显示最新的账单。这家酒店试图对我使用的出租车服务收取双倍的费用，这是一家五星级酒店，这是不应该发生的，如此糟糕的服务！!! 双重充电！！早餐的食物并不像它所说的那样是五星级自助餐。我想这是四星级酒店的早餐。有一天早上我要了西瓜汁，他们说今天没有。你可能会认为一家五星级酒店能在更高的层次上满足客人的需求。我在那家餐厅吃了一顿晚餐，翻看游泳池，食物其实一点也不差，我很享受这顿饭，但我还是不说这是一顿五星餐。没有多少。所以我不认为食物的价格是合理的。他们还忘了我点了一半的菜，我点了排骨还有和玉牛排。我不得不问我的肋骨在哪里，在它们出来的时候，我已经吃完剩下的饭了。又是糟糕的服务！下午茶！！他们说你可以喝下午茶！！这是虚假广告，他们给你的东西真恶心。他们给你一杯茶或咖啡，一个盘子里有四件很小的东西。我来自伦敦，在伦敦下午茶是三明治片、果酱和奶油的烤饼，还有一小部分蛋糕，所有这些东西放在一起根本不需要花钱。当你喝完茶，吃了小吃后，服务员过来说你喜欢你的下午茶，换句话说，这就是你得到的一切，你的下午茶现在结束了。这真的很尴尬，因为我的搭档喜欢下午茶，这也是她想来这里的原因之一。价格过高的商品，我可以在商品或服务上支付保险费。如果我接受服务的话。巴厘的出租车非常便宜。我在巴厘岛的许多旅馆住了25个晚上。我住的那家旅馆唯一的额外收费是这家旅馆。一次16美元。这是巴厘岛的伦敦价格！我早上4点退房，因为我提前飞到伦敦。我要了早餐盒，以便在去机场的路上吃早餐。在其中一个早餐盒里有蚂蚁，据我了解巴厘岛有很多蚂蚁，但在一家五星级酒店，这种情况不应该发生。总的来说，我对巴厘岛空中花园的体验，不是我所说的梦幻假期的结束。我整个假期都过得很好，除了这家酒店，我和我的搭档都期待着在这里结束我们的假期。我不希望有人犯同样的错误。

Our star rating has come after years of hard work and dedication by our team to exceeding our guest’s expectations as witnessed by the amount of fantastic reviews we receive on a daily basis. Our award-winning hotel has been rated by Conde Nast, Vogue Traveler, Boutique Hotel Awards, Trip Advisor Winner of Excellence and a host of other ratings and awards that would be too long to mention here. Our amazing villas, each with its own private infinity pool have been designed to be part of the exotic jungle surroundings. Far from basic and exotically luxurious with a view worth every penny spent. In fact our villas and architecture has been mentioned and received accolades from some of the worlds most prestigious architectural and hospitality publications Our in-villa service and fantastic housekeeping team receive nonstop accolades from all our guests The turn downs and daily cleaning is performed at the highest level and constantly inspected. We are justly proud of all our team who spare no effort to ensure our guest’s satisfaction. This includes knowing all of our guest’s names and their wants and needs. We receive nonstop accolades about our guest service and attention to all details. This begins at check in and throughout all the stay until check out. We make sure all our guest’s leave happy…this is our motto. Our breakfast is not a buffet and is never described as such. We offer a full comprehensive a la carte breakfast with each dish is cooked to order as per the guest request. Additional self-service cold items, house smoked fish, freshly baked breads, Danish, local sweets, fresh fruits, cereals etc. etc. etc. are all offered….this is an elegant and luxurious breakfast created for people who understand good food. All requests big and small are taken seriously and fulfilled. Our dinner menu is a gourmet delight in a wondrous setting. Our chefs use only the best produce and cooked perfectly…our cuisine is of the highest quality. Our complimentary afternoon tea served in a magical jungle setting is designed to be changed daily and includes 4-5 different freshly made items, all beautifully created. There is always refills of coffee or tea . Our wait staff are genuinely ask if everything is fine as all our staff are extremely polite and professional We also offer a full English Afternoon tea served on antique bone china (including scones and cream) although this is an item that is charged and not offered as a complimentary service Looking at your other reviews I would say that you have a very biased and negative attitude. Your review is vindictive to say the least and I do not think that this is the proper platform to basically insult and demean a hardworking and dedicated team of local employees who spend each and every day making sure our guests receive the highest possible level of service. Our management also takes every opportunity to ensure our guests satisfaction at every moment of their stay with us and we find no justification in your comments. Regards

Sure, to be informed the pool access will be provided at our Selection 3 Package at IDR.2,500,000++ per person (approx. US$ 188++). This rate included services with welcome drinks, a-3 Courses Lunch OR 50 minutes Balinese Massage and of course access to our pool.
Our receptions team will help you for the package and the payment.
