Honestly not much difference, all are great, with full privacy
I would rather place a comment in your reservation, to assure to get exactly what you want
I didn’t pay attention to the air conditioning but I believe it was there. The place is way above luxury standards, it is super comfortable. I don’t remember ever to feel the need to check on the temperature. But most likely it was there.
