il personale non risponde a telefono neanche per consegnarti le istruzioni d'ingresso ai bungalow, lasciandoti completamente solo.
Fatture? neanche l'ombra! sto provando a contattarli da oltre un mese per farmi inviare la fattura, e addirittura attaccano il telefono in faccia!
ho annullato tutte le future prenotazioni e non ci tornerò mai neanche per sogno!
addio!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because I can't leave zero or a negative number, but it was certainly a negative experience (the only negative experience of my entire trip). This company has no on-site management or help. After spending an hour trying to contact management through their listed number, which rings endlessly or disconnects 30 seconds into the call, a “staff” member named Ivan arrived and aggressively told up they were booked, despite us paying a non-refundable fee four weeks prior. He would not help us contact management and didn’t even take our information down. He told us to go to another hotel a hour away, where we could stay for free. When we asked him to contact that hotel to ensure we would have a room, he Facetimed a woman lying in bed who didn’t seem to speak English and said nothing while he pointed at her and said “you’ll go to her.” He was so aggressive that multiple guests came out to check on us as he picked up a chair and slammed it down and smashed the landline phone (for calling management, which also didn't work) down on the desk as we expressed our frustration with the situation. At this point, a man and his family came and after speaking outside with Ivan in Polish, Ivan opened 3 camping pods for him!!! DEFINITY NOT FULLY BOOKED. Then, Ivan continued to refuse to help us or give us a pod, while yelling the whole time. Eventually the man he let in came back and told me that "we needed to play the part and be demure, not to raise our voices at him." Annoyed but interested in conducting an experiment, I asked another girl who Ivan hadn't seen to nicely ask for help with the same situation we were in. We left the room and overheard him yell at her in the same way. This company is either a scam or so poorly run that it allows a staff member to scam customers and try to send them away to clearly get kickbacks from another hotel. This experience not only cost us 5-6 hours of aggravation in trying to get in and eventually find another place to stay, but I felt incredible unsafe as this man looked ready to hit me if there weren't other guests in the room. Not to mention that every guest who came before and after us had the same issues accessing their rooms. Only about half of them got in. When another guest finally got through to management on the landline (at 10pm), the company said it would send a manager over. The manager never came... Don't take your chances with this place. We left crying and shaking at our experience.

Worst place and a scam. They overbooked the accommodation so people were waiting to check in but some of them were not able to eventhough they had the confirmation of the booking. They had to manage to find something else in the afternoon/evening. No help was given from the property and the staff was really unfriendly. Definitely not to recommend!!

You have to read all of it to understand the overview of the situation
We booked a pod with double bed and bed length longer than 2 meters but what was inside the Pod were 2 single beds and the size was 190cm. We got in touch with the property and after multiple calls with no answer the woman that picked up the phone started the conversation with: "WHAT DO YOU WANT".
We explained the situation and she just stated "I WILL CHECK THAT", she hang up without letting us finish the conversation.
After a bit a housekeeper came to our pod and have seen that we were not having what we paid for but she was not able to help us in any way.
She recommended us to go to the building beside (WLCOME EDINBORG) and try to call with the phone at the entrance and so we did.. the same person answered us after at least 10 unanswered calls but she stated that there is no help given for camping pods with the line that we were using.. as you can see on the picture the phone numbers shown are same as the Camping Pods Costumer Service but nothing!

Overpriced 180€ = 27'500 ISK (that is normal in Iceland but at least finding what you payed for is the minimum I expect)
That's the end of our experience with this place that should shut down as more than 20 guests the same day had issues on checking in due to overbooking.
People booking at the Welcome Holiday Homes (which is by the way the same scam company under a different name) had problems with their experience too. We heard that they booked and payed for a 3 beds apartment but they had only 2 in the home they checked in.
In the end they accepted those disappointing conditions having their sun sleeping in the car, because also for them no help was given by email or phone.
The only guy that was talking to all the people having problems introduced himself as Ivan. He kept saying that he didn't know how to help and that they should call the same phone number that we tried and didn't work either; he was lying as at one point he was suddenly able to help a person to check in, but not the other 20 with their booking on their phones as proofs..
He became angry and nervous at one point he also started pulling the chair here and there throwing the phone on the table and in the end he just left smashing the door..
Not a place you want to deal with when you are on holiday, not a place that should still be working, not a place where you feel safe in spending a night..
A place that potentially ruins your holiday!
