我和老公非常喜欢这个酒店。优点:员工很客气,食物很好吃,房间,泳池和热水浴缸都很赞,超棒的健身房,免费的停车场,等等。我们周末在这里过的很放松,肯定还会再光顾这里的。

酒店的员工很好很专业,但一些问题减少了本应很愉快的体验。我们最不满意的地方就是电梯。要上楼,客人必须把卡插进读卡器。看起来每位使用电梯的人都有同样的问题:要花好几分钟的功夫,扫描器才能辨识出卡。每一次都要试5-10次绿灯才亮。酒店宣传说他们有象“天堂”般舒服的床,我们一直觉得这里的床很舒服。但这家威斯汀的床却感觉没有天堂般舒服,很硬没什么弹性。总的来说我们住得很愉快,狗狗在这里被照顾得很好。

Good morning. Thank you for your valued feedback. Obviously, our ultimate goal with the elevator key situation is the security of our guests. Our Chief Engineer is currently looking into issue, but we also are looking into changing it to where you only need a key to access the Club Floor. This will cut down on the usage and the delays for most of our guests. I know this must have been very frustrating. Please accept my sincere apology for this inconvenience. Thank you also for your very kind comments about our staff and I'm having our Executive Housekeeper look into the bed that you slept in to make sure it's up to Westin "Heavenly Bed" standards. Once again, thank you for the feedback and we hope to see you again soon!

喜欢这家酒店。前台工作人员一开始就为他们的好客定下了基调。手机登记入住非常简单。礼宾室很好,餐饮人员也做得很好。停车不收费,是个举办商务会议/招待会的好地方。强烈向您推荐这家酒店!

酒店很棒,餐厅员工和服务质量都很好。客房服务在各方面都低于标准。我订了两个房间,休会时入住。有一间客房有按时打扫,补充日用品,很干净。而我的房间从来没有真正打扫过,也从来没有补充过日用品,纸巾等等,而且总是在下午4点以后来打扫。

Dear drterrispeaks, thank you for your recent stay and overall positive comments. I am very sorry to hear about the lack of service in one of your guestrooms. I am not sure why this happened but I assure you I take your comments very seriously and will be following up internally to ensure we are more expedient and ensure all rooms are serviced accordingly. I assure you this was an anomaly and not our norm. I appreciate the feedback as it only helps up to improve. I hope we will see you again should your travels return you to Richmond. 适可而止吧!酒店已经近6个月只使用一部电梯了。需要多长时间才能安装新的?!尤其是当电梯对酒店来说是一个如此关键的设施时,简直不可原谅—— 早上的延误非常令人沮丧。此外,白金休息室的早餐非常丰富,但某些公司下了大订单时,经常需要等待,甚至食物都没了。他们不是白金会员,但知道这是免费早餐,因为它是一个开放式的休息室。我相信很多其他客人都会这样做。他们需要像所有其他威斯汀/ SPG /万豪酒店一样在门口增加卡片通行证。工作人员很棒,如果他们解决上面提到的问题,那么我给酒店打5星(满分5星)。

Dear DCTraveler194, thank you for your recent return with us. I am profusely sorry about the continued elevator being down. It certainly does take a long time to provide a solution as it is extremely difficult to get new equipment into an already established building. I assure you this is a top priority and we are working as quickly as possible to provide a solution which hopefully will be in the coming weeks. I certainly understand the frustration and assure you this is a top priority. Regarding the club lounge, the access is in fact restricted to Platinum guests but it is also open to any guest on the 7th floor in addition to any Platinum guests as well as any other guests contracted to have access. There is separate elevator key access and restriction and for the most part, only people who should have access, do in fact have access but being a hotel with majority Platinum guests, it does tend to get rather busy at times. We certainly do our best to keep up and I thank you for this feedback so we can monitor this more closely to provide a positive atmosphere for everyone. I thank you for your feedback as it only helps us to improve and I assure you I take your comments seriously. I truly hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in Richmond.
