好吧，我可以理解我们入住的那个晚上没有热水供应，但是为什么我的浴缸里还有头发。我必须要洗澡的。经过酒店大堂的时候还被电线绊了一下，工作人员也没有帮上什么忙。我们预定了两个房间，但是必须分在不同楼层入住。我认为这里充其量是一家三星级酒店，绝对算不上五星级。

Hi Scartik, Thanks a lot for choosing our hotel and for posting an honest review. I was very concerned to read your comments about the unavailability of hot water, the hair in the tub, and especially since you tripped in the lobby among the others. I know that these issues were disappointing for you and I am sorry. This is definitely not the InterContinental life that we pride ourselves on and I will make sure to let our team know about your concerns for necessary actions needed on our end. 很棒的员工，服务员埃里克、安东尼，所有员工都很棒。在楼上的休息室工作的尼斯也很优秀。这是观看桃树路马拉松赛的好地方。这里曾经可以燃放烟花，但Lenox表演已经转移到市中心。在明亮的地方，市中心的移动让当晚的交通变得美妙。

在亚特兰大酒店只住呆了一个晚上，但是IC Buckhead酒店再一次没有让我失望。每次到IC酒店的重点是看见接待员和服务员（和任何酒店一样友好），以及俱乐部房间的尼斯（他是酒店的固定工作人员，总是让您感到受欢迎）。旺德，载车带你到周围逛，是一种乐趣。再也没有比在Buckhead酒店的商业位置或者享受程度更好的了。

星期二的时候，我在办理入住前的几个小时打了个电话，想知道能否早点办理入住手续。我和三个不同的人交涉，前两个我听不太懂(口音很重)，最后一个人说可以下午3点办理入住(正常办理入住的时间)，然后挂了我的电话。一到酒店，服务员和门童都非常好，入住手续的办理过程很轻松，所以我松了一口气。整个九楼都有难闻的味道，就像是大麻和腐臭食物混在一起了的味道。我住在酒店的整段时间里，门外的水管不断地砰砰作响。酒店内部可以翻新一下，因为和附近其他高档酒店比起来，它看起来很旧。我不知道是否要再次来这里住。
