酒店非常华丽，完美地坐落于河滨步道。在酒店遇到4个问题 1.)阳台上只有一把椅子俯瞰河滨步道；2.)淋浴阀坏了；3.)星巴克冷藏柜附近有动物尸体的气味；4.)我要求中午退房时，立即给我退了房。一切都很快得到了解决，除了可能是最容易处理的，放回阳台上缺少的椅子。

这家酒店很现代，房间和公共区域很棒。但是，浴盆/淋浴不怎么时髦。这么棒的酒店，却被淋浴煞了风景，真遗憾。我的一个建议是，不要花费44美元/天去享受代客泊车服务，城里面有很多停车的地方。

没有任何免费的设施，泳池一股消毒水的味道，但是挺干净的。餐厅很贵，电梯很差劲。这里居然不提供早餐，让人难以置信。位置很好...我从没去过服务和设施这么差的希尔顿酒店。得让我适应一会。

Dear B1540TZmaxm, Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience with us. We apologize for not providing a perfect stay which you deserve. Your comments will be shared with our team for continued training on clearer communication with our guests. We also apologize for your experience with our unique elevator system. At times the touch screens are not as sensitive, and we are having our Engineering Team take a look at the sensors. They are intended to make things more convenient, not more frustrating. 我妻子和我最后一秒才决定去圣安东尼奥。我们的入住非常棒。员工从服务到管理人员都很友善，有帮助且专业。期间我们和一个神经病起了点小争执，酒店前台和保安迅速帮我们解决了。为了补偿造成的不便，酒店还赠送了早餐。早餐很不错，员工帮忙的积极性则更高了。我向所有来圣安东尼奥的人推荐这里，你们不会失望的。酒店坐落于河畔步道旁，紧邻露天剧场，离很多商铺餐馆也很近。

I don't know. I never used it.
The Riverwalk is a bit more. If you have status with Hilton, you can ask for an upgrade at no cost.I prefer the higher floors but this is my preference.
