这个酒店没有任何紧急医疗处理措施!因为酒店的原因,刚拿到的浴巾上有蜜蜂🐝,被蜇了之后酒店推卸责任,所有工作人员态度恶劣,甚至没有一句道歉,来入住的客人要小心自己没有一丝疾病,不然出了安全问题酒店只会说最多帮你call911!自求多福吧
I stayed at this hilton for 2 nights,but this experience left me deeply disappointed. I rented a towel by the poolside, only to be stung by a large bee moments after receiving it, causing me excruciating pain. What infuriated me even more was the absence of any safety personnel near the pool, and the hotel's complete lack of response to such an emergency situation.
I approached several staff members by the pool, but their responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. They directed me from one place to another, showing no willingness to take responsibility for my injury. Eventually, one staff member managed to find a security guard, who unfortunately claimed they can do nothing in this situation. To my disbelief, the hotel had a medical room, but it had been closed for the past two days with no doctor on duty. The hotel staff seemed to have no solution to this problem, stating that they had no control over the presence of bees.
Frustrated, I decided to seek assistance from the front desk manager, but their response only deepened my disappointment. They simply told me to approach the security guard, showing a complete lack of concern for my safety. I couldn't help but wonder how they would handle a medical emergency at night without any medical personnel present. Their answer was simply to call 911. It is disheartening to see a renowned and established hotel brand like Hilton disregard the safety of its guests and lack any emergency measures. They could only offer me some ice packs, which left me feeling angry and let down.
As customers, we choose to stay at hotels in search of a comfortable and safe environment. However, this experience has raised serious doubts about Hilton's commitment to customer safety. They showed a complete lack of concern for guest safety and a lack of emergency measures. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously and takes steps to ensure the safety and satisfaction of its guests. Furthermore, I urge other customers to remain vigilant and avoid similar disappointing experiences at this hotel.

这家酒店的每个员工都是很友好的,到处都有卫生间,即使我们是当地人,他们也是把我们当成家人一样对待着,代客泊车的员是酷酷的布拉达,帮助我们拿行李的那位员工也是酷酷的。这是一家很干净的酒店,这里还有着水滑道和游泳池等设施,真的是很令人惊喜的,我的孩子们真的是很喜欢到水里玩耍的,一直不想出来。这家酒店内的房间也是很令人惊叹的,孩子们在这边真的是玩得很开心的。我们下一次到这边还是会再次过来这家酒店住宿的。

这是我们第二次入住神奈川巨浪酒店,虽然第一次我们预定了顶层公寓,但我们这次预订的是有两室的套房,并没有感到失望——房间非常大,非常适合我们的重组家庭。房间外的景色都美得不真实。在过去的旅行中,我们参加过夏威夷食物宴会,所以这一次在阳台上观看这次宴会是一次很好的省钱经历~设施一尘不染,装饰非常迷人。房间设计精美,包括洗衣房、全厨房、2间卧室加上2个阳台以及非常舒适的卧铺沙发!员工太棒啦!!游泳池很好,即使有时很拥挤。健身房和水疗棒极了!!!沙滩也很不错-记得带水鞋。这里有适合初学者和高级冲浪者的冲浪板!可以租冲浪板,在离这里一个街区远的地方上一周课,或者直接现场上课!当地有各种各样的商场,从ABC杂货店到路易威登奢侈品店,应有尽有。-第一天是打探地点的一天,然后就可以走进威基基海滩啦!你实际上不需要一辆车,但我们很有冒险精神,总是租一辆车在岛上开个遍。这里靠近机场(10分钟的距离),短暂步行就可到达主要购物区、商场、餐厅和杂货。 Eat offsite网站上面的价格太高啦!。我们故意没有询问巨浪酒店的销售团队,因为我们已经是俱乐部老板了,但他们可以帮巨浪酒店进行旅游预订。为了避免推销,我使用了猫途鹰旅行网站。我们会再来的!

即时登记入住。迎宾门僮提供行李协助。 开放,通风,干净,有热带气息。 这是一个巨大的度假区,拥有众多餐厅、活动和可以探索的地方。 房间完美无暇。 海景很棒。 当然游泳池很繁忙,但是有一个美妙的小淡水湖,真正的海洋在步行距离之内。 你还在等什么? 来这里享受吧!
