我们在这里的度假胜地度过了三个晚上，和我们的家人都很享受在这里的时光。早餐是完美的，有各种果汁，冷盘和奶酪以及松软的煎蛋卷。当然本地的汤每天都在变。这里有着安静的海滩，非常好的食物和优质的服务。员工们都很友好、积极，总是乐于助人。我们玩得很开心。我们一定会再去那里!

We do thanks again for taking part of your time to leave this lovely review. We are literally on cloud nine to receive your compliments about our breakfast. Thank you for pointing out our breakfast in detail. Thanks also for your kind words regarding the beach, food, the service as well as about our attentive staff. As much as it was a fine three nights for you, it was a wonderful three nights for us too! They also will be delighted to hear you remark as well! Plus, food is another one way of exploring the culture of a tourist destination. 我们在这个度假村住了6个晚上。工作人员服务一流，食物也很美味，真是美好的享受。海鲜非常好，质量上乘，价格合理。海滩和度假村花园的的景色也很赞。别墅看起来很漂亮，但是按照这个级别的度假村，浴室需要紧急翻修。我床上的枕头有臭味，需要更换。如果他们能解决这些问题，我会给它五颗星。

Dear Frank S, We hope your stay was as amazing as the length of your stay with us. Starting from the intro till the ending suggestion, your review is a bundle of joy for us. Thank you for taking time to share your lovely thoughts! As we go deeper into this constructive review, we are delighted to know that our meals quality and price and of course our employees’ customer service kept up with your expectations. Glad to know as well that you find our garden and our resort’s location appealing. As our resort is located in a unique spot of the beach, you can feel the privacy at its best. Hope you did have the beach all to yourself! Speaking of our rooms, we are well understood about your opinion and suggestion. During the monsoon period, we will gradually start our renovation. For the pillow as well, we promise that we will check properly so that these won’t repeat ever again. All in all, even though we missed to get 5 points this time, we anticipate to get 5 points next time and become a property that fully deserves it! Next time, we would love to hear some more suggestions from you so do watch over us! Hoping that you will be here again sooner or later because we will always be ready to welcome you! 在一次旅行后，我和我的朋友在这里住了8晚。真的很不错的酒店，非常友好的工作人员，良好的服务和美味的早餐。你可以在沙滩上和你的房间里看到最漂亮的日落！酒店餐厅价格合宜，但我们更喜欢距离酒店仅两分钟路程的'Golden Fish'餐厅里的食物和工作人员。真的推荐这家酒店！

Dear ulpukat, Thank you thank you so much for deciding to stay at our Amazing Ngapali Resort for almost 8 DAYS and even went above and beyond by sharing this review. It is lovely to read that you loved our hotel as a whole, our caring staffs and their service, and our breakfast too! We also cannot help but totally agree that the sunset is beautiful. In that case as well, we love to hear that you were able to enjoy the sunset from your rooms as well! Thank you for all your kindess towards our hotel and we truly thank you for it. To conclude, your honest recommendation and high rating are great help for us and let us welcome you once again to show you how much we thank you! Believe the pool was fresh water and my room definitely had a bath and shower. Think it was a deluxe double with sea view but think the layouts looked pretty similar. I suspect they all have a bath
Yes, the rooms do have baths. The pool is not very large, but is beautiful and overlooks the beach. Not too many people swam in it when I was there.
We had also a Deluxe Sea View room, upper floor, which is located in second line. I would always recommend the upper floor, and I would chose again the second row, because in the first row the beach is very close and too many people pass by. In one "house", there are 4-6 appartments.
Enjoy your stay. Don't forget free afternoon tea and the happy hour!
Also wir hatten keine Probleme mit den handelsüblichen deutschen Steckern...also Adapter ist nicht zwingend notwendig würde ich sagen
