Bula Escape497063, Thank for taking the time in posting a review of our hotel (actually you posted 3 reviews on different platforms). The hotel has been running at capacity for the last couple of weeks hence the reason why we were not in a position to extend any early check-ins & the receptionist advised that our check-in time at the Resort is at 14:00 pm. Yet again, we were actually able to allocate you a room just before 14:00. As you will see from all the guests posts, we pride ourselves on always working towards exceeding our guests expectations and deliver great guest experiences and rating us a 1/5 for not being able to check you in at 11 am when check-in time is at 14:00 which is clearly sated on your booking confirmation could be seen as being unfair from your end. I agree with Garry. The Waitui Beach Club is worth it if your budget allows and you can check-in to the hotel Nadi Airport and arrange a transfer via the hotel and the price is charged to your room. There is a lift between floors if the stairs are an issue for you. You will enjoy.
Yes you can from guest services in the lobby. It’s cheaper than signing up from Australia at about 300 Fiji dollars approximately. You can then start using once you get your membership number which doesn’t take long and then you can get the benefits while on holiday there.
