Dear Jo J, We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed your stay in H10 Rubicón Palace and thank you for sharing with all of us your experience on Tripadvisor. We are delighted you mentioned our pools areas taking into account that we have eight swimming pools along the complex for all tastes and ages. Our main goal as hotel is to provide to the guest a full experience, that’s why we offer a huge choice of food in our two buffets restaurants. We also offer three thematic restaurants to allow the guest break the routine and enjoy an amazing evening in our Dolce Vita, Sakura or Steak House. And for a special evening a Cabaret show for those ones who would like to be delighted with a show while eating. With not doubts, we will share your nice comments with our animation team as it the best motivation they can have. It will be a pleasure to welcome you again in our hotel in the near future. 在Tui没有给我预订房间这个糟糕的开始后！他们把我转到H10鲁比肯皇宫酒店。我只在Yaiza酒店待过，那里的服务和餐馆都很好，所以去另一个地方是很令人担忧的。这家酒店比较好，房间很漂亮，餐馆可以点菜，有友好的工作人员和各种各样的特权。这真是太好了，不太像真的，但我找不到一件坏事可以说的。我知道照顾客人的每一个需求，提供五星级服务是很有挑战性的，但他们已经做到了。干得好，继续保持这么出色的工作吧。

这家酒店非常适合全家一起入住——食物美味，有泳池和游乐区，而且有适合各年龄层儿童的娱乐活动。但有一点让我觉得很烦————很多塑料瓶和食物打包用具都是不可回收利用的。可以在酒店各地多放些一些回收桶吗，也许可以换下你们的塑料吸管和包装？ 现在大家更加意识到大量塑料所造成的危害，我觉得作为岛上最大的度假酒店，你们真得也要有这种环保意识、采取相关措施。感谢招待我们！

我们一周前去了H10鲁比肯皇宫度蜜月，从到酒店开始直到我们离开都是令人惊异的，有各种食物可供选择，所有的饮料都是品牌饮料，不是便宜的仿制品，工作人员做得再好不过了，钢琴酒吧在白天和晚上都是一个放松的好地方，那里的工作人员将您的饮料与橄榄和花生一起带到您的餐桌上，Micaela特别好， 总是在旁边帮你添满杯子，肯定会很快再来的。

H10鲁比肯皇宫酒店是一家优秀的酒店，酒店的员工都十分可爱。如果有需要的话，步行30分钟可以走到普拉亚布兰卡镇内。但这种情况我想不太可能发生！因为这里可以娱乐的东西太多了！这的泳池超棒，日光浴床的数量也很充足，你总能找到一个地方可以放松休息。噢，对了，这里的晚餐也很棒，值得预定试试。这里很有趣，不要过高的期待这里会像百老汇，但已经足够有趣了。

I think it depends if the room has recently been refurbished or not. I took my own fast charger.
