Hi Michelle, There is a ramp to take you up to reception and there are ramps within the hotel to get to rooms. There is also a lift to get to basement and upper floors including restaurant. Do bear in mind that this hotel is near the top of a hill and the last 100 yds to it are fairly steep. Ok for a motorised wheelchair or mobility scooter but may be awkward or tiring pushing a non motorised chair up and down the hill, thats just my opinion. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but found having to pay 2 euro per day for sunbed matress, 8 euro per day for aircon and also a charge for fridge and safe a bit irksome.

There was not one in our room but if you contact the hotel you may be able to hire one. From the Contessa you have to walk about 200yds to the main strip then turn left and walk another 100yds and take a right turn down to the Small sandy beach near the Old Bridge. Not the best location for beaches, Tslivi is close to argassi with a long sandy beach but the best in my opiinion is at Alykanas. We normallchill out at the Beach bars with sunbeds i.e Remezzo or Skyfall where the sunbeds and pool are free but they do expect you to buy drinks or food there.

Hi. To be honest i cannot remember but if you look at photo 27 in the photos gallery in the hotel review you will see a sloping handrail that to me would indicate there is. This is at the Pool Bar end of the pool. My wife said the pool was very cold in October. I cannot post the link to the page due to TA rules
