At a budget of R600 you get a decent room with all the necessities like a fan, towels, tea/coffee and blankets. The shower and toilet are also clean and usable although you must bring your own soap and shampoo.
Made a booking on line and was very disappointed on arrival. Fist room I booked was not available. The room I landed in must be the worst of the worst. Room had so many mosqin I used a hole can of spray to kill all. Room has no proper curtains by the windows. No side tables of bed lamps. Wooden floor makes a lot of noise when you walk on it. Clearly no proper planning was done when this place was built. This is a dumb. There are no other explanations.
We used this property for a stopover to get an early start ahead of the Easter rush on our way to the Berg. We opted for an "economy" room as we reasoned all we needed was a clean bed for the night and a shower in the morning. The service was excellent and accommodating towards our late arrival. The units are very basic. Comfortable single beds, but our unit was not supplied with soap or shampoo. Tea and coffee was provided and a TV for which apologies were given for the fact that ours did not get any reception. The free wifi was very good and the place was clean, but spoiled by the strong new paint smell. The biggest shortcoming was the lack of sound-proofing with conversations by our neighbours on all sides appearing to be right outside our room. The combination of noisy late arrivals and early departures did nothing for our sleep. It served its purpose and was good value.…
Very neat and tidy yet small room, we had Room A for 1 night on the 14th of October. We had no issues during the stay. The staff was friendly, check in and out was very fast and efficient. taking into consideration the cost of the Room this was great value for money.
