房间很现代化，装饰得很漂亮。然而，游泳池区域有点荒凉和无趣。游泳池酒吧和餐厅非常棒，氛围很不错。总的来说是一个很棒的地方。这里是吃一个放松的午餐并品尝美酒的绝佳去处。

这是一家出色的酒店，果然不出意料，里面的员工和设施条件都是一流的。 所有的管家工作人员都非常乐于助人，没遇到什么太大的问题。需要要注意的是波塞冬餐厅需要提前预订，请确保事先已经预订了。泳池区非常安静，非常适合晒日光浴。

请不要相信能在这儿享受仅有成人的假期，你完全可以选择去住在一家更大酒店。每天晚上6点，莎乐美这儿连酒吧都全关门了，所以你不得不和一群吵闹的孩子们一起吃饭，甚至晚上的娱乐节目也挤满了孩子。当你花那么多钱来享受仅限成人的假期时(他们所谓的)，你总是期望会比现在这种更好。因为我们唯一能出游的时间就是期中假，所以我们特意预定了这家酒店来远离孩子们。非常失望。

Dear Guest, We would like to firstly thank you for choosing our stunning and recently refurbished 5*modern hotel for your recent stay in Tenerife and for taking the time to share your impressions with us. We are sorry to hear that our hotel with its beautifully designed rooms, fantastic facilities and service did not quite meet your expectations. Our aim is to offer guests wishing for a more private and intimate holiday experience, access to many wonderful and exclusive facilities and detailed services such as our outstanding butler service, 24-hour room service and a luxurious whirlpool bath and to ensure our valued guests enjoy the very best of Iberostar, we also extend our services to include the many magnificent bars and restaurants on the resort. Whilst we can appreciate that at certain times of year, the restaurants and communal areas on the resort may become busy with young families, we do have 5 excellent restaurants available to us and with the help of the reception team, who can advise on suitable dining times, we are able to ensure all our guests dine in comfort and enjoy an agreeable atmosphere. We are sorry if this was not your experience and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused. Although our establishment was not the perfect fit for you on this occasion, we thank you for sharing this valuable feedback and sincerely hope that you will provide us with an opportunity in the future to truly exceed all your expectations. 这是我们第三次来了，而且这里越来越好。 Kim和她的团队，尤其是Fran，把我们照顾的特别好。食品、饮料和其他一切都达到了最高标准。今年在预订海神号时遇到了一些麻烦。显然，人们在到达之前就预订了。奇怪的是，这里似乎总是很安静？另外一个小问题是，尽管预订了“全包”，我们还是收到了一张14 x 7.50欧元的账单，这似乎是因为我妻子选择了莫伊特香槟而不是汽水。这在开始的时候是没有说清楚的。我认为全包就是不需要再付任何费用了。无论如何，一个小小的抱怨丝毫无损于一次美好的停留。我们还会回来的。

There is no sushi. Yes, the mini-bar is included in the all inclusive package, except for the Champagne.
On all menus including the drinks and wines, there are asterisks referencing items that are not on the all inclusive programme. If staying in Salomé, items with two asterisks are not included, which in terms of food menus means everything is included. But wines over around €35 per bottle and a very few top shelf spirits have two asterisks. Given that there is an extensive wine list below €35 and the other 'included' spirits are very good quality, you will not have a problem and the same applies if dining/drinking at the sister Anthelia hotel.
FYI, if you are staying in the sister hotel, Anthelia, anything with one asterisk is not included in the Anthelia all inclusive programme, which is a few food items and additional wines/spirits.
