They sold an apartment with kingsize bed and the room had a regular double bed
There are few ants and mosquitos in the room
There is no Window in the shower which means the bathroom inundated after each shower
There is no street with car access tô the hotel, só be ready tô walk up Hill and down Hill and face stairs
Finally, the hotel is a venues for parties that finished after 2 am, i am not sure what time they finished exactly, but o was not able to sleep that night. Thank Lord we just satyed there one night

If you were expecting a king-size bed and found a double bed instead, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. We encourage guests to reach out to our front desk during their stay, as we are more than happy to assist with any room changes if available. 2. **Insects**: While mosquitoes can indeed be an issue during certain times of the year in Mykonos, we have not encountered issues with ants in our rooms. We always take cleanliness seriously, and we have rigorous pest control measures in place. If you had reported this during your stay, we would have taken immediate action. 3. **Bathroom Design**: We understand that the layout may be less than ideal for some guests, and we appreciate your feedback. The architectural style of Mykonos often involves unique designs, and while we’re unable to make structural changes, we will explore ways to improve the bathroom experience. 4. **Location and Accessibility**: Our hotel is located in the heart of Mykonos Town, which is indeed known for its charming uphill and downhill streets, a characteristic of the area that many guests enjoy. We understand that this may be challenging for some, but it is worth noting that this enhances the vibrant atmosphere of our location. 5. **Noise Levels**: Mykonos is a lively destination, and we appreciate that our guests may encounter some noise from nearby establishments. Our restaurant closes at midnight, and while we do our best to minimize disturbances, we encourage guests to be prepared for the vibrant nightlife that is a hallmark of this beautiful island. Everything was excellent! The place is nice, the room was super comfortable and had plenty of space. Our room had a queen bed and a single bed and the bathroom was quite spacious. The location is unbeatable, two minutes walk from the downtown, close to restaurants and a step away from the beach. Theo and his team were very kind, always looking out for us and helped us with taxi reservations. I would definitely stay there again.

Struttura molto curata, che condivide al suo interno una boutique ed un ristorante.
Camera pulita, sicuramente piccola, ma comoda per il soggiorno.

BEWARE, STAY AWAY from this hotel! They canceled my reservation, for which I had paid a 30% deposit, without any notification, citing double-booking as the reason. They then refused to refund my deposit to my original payment method, which was my credit card, and insisted on needing my bank information to process the refund. Why would I trust to give them my bank information? I initiated an investigation through my bank's credit card, which ultimately refunded me the payment, NOT the hotel.
To make matters worse, they called to offer help in finding another hotel nearby. Why would I trust them after they canceled my reservation, withheld my refund, and attempted to obtain my bank details? When I originally booked through Booking.com, they called and offered a better room at a cheaper rate if I booked directly with them. This should have been a red flag.
I later discovered that I am not the first person to experience this SCAM from this hotel. They are deceitful, and I would never trust staying there again. I have visited Mykonos at least 20 times and have never encountered such unprofessionalism.
STAY AWAY!
To make matters worse, they called to offer help in finding another hotel nearby. Why would I trust them after they canceled my reservation, withheld my refund, and attempted to obtain my bank details? When I originally booked through Booking.com, they called and offered a better room at a cheaper rate if I booked directly with them. This should have been a red flag.

Hotel charmoso, muito bem localizado, no centro de Chora (Old Town). Quartos super pequenos e simpáticos. Café da manhã continental muito caprichado com torradas, croissants, folhados de chocolate e de queijo feta. Iogurte delicioso com mel e cereais, suco de laranja natural, ovo cozido, panquecas, frutas cortadinhas, geleia, mel, manteiga, queijo e presunto. Tudo servido por um garçom simpático e atencioso. O staff é simpático, eficiente e solícito, atendeu aos nossos pedidos, esforçou-se para ajudar todo o tempo e a facilitar nossa estadia e transporte da bagagem (Francesca, George e a moça da recepção do período da manhã, cujo nome infelizmente esqueci). Pontos a melhorar: o cheiro do esgoto do banheiro, o colchão de espuma (?) e a arrumação do quarto. Note: a limpeza é muito boa. O que fica a desejar é a arrumação da cama (colocar os lençóis de cima e de baixo na cama), a troca dos copos e outros detalhes. Ah! Outro ponto positivo: Ficamos num quarto de frente para a rua, que era muito silencioso, pois as janelas têm vedação antirruído.
