As far as I know they don’t have any. They have the train that goes around the hotel. You could purchase a cheap/basic in Playa del Carmen it’s around £27 approx (Walmart). Hope it helps.

It is not a scam, but they do want you to give them 90 minutes of your time, starting at breakfast, so you can hear their presentation and take a tour through the Grande Paraiso and see what a vacation club membership will include. Besides breakfast, they offer a thank you gift of massages or catamaran excusion, including snorkelling and drinks. So in answer to your question about whether it's worth it to listen, I guess it depends on how valuable that 90 mins is to you and whether you really want the free gift. For us, the catamaran/snorkel trip was something I wouldn't have purchased otherwise, so I didn't mind giving 90 mins of my time. There's increased pressure toward the end when numbers are finally brought out, but I was firm about saying no. I just had to say it several times, to several different people. The catamaran excursion to Punta Maroma ended up being far nicer than I'd expected and getting to see sea turtles in the water was an unexpected bonus.
